  Extremely friendly and professional. Rented 5 bikes for the group - they delivered them at our hotel in under 20mins after ordering. Bikes were in good condition. One of us broke the phone holder and they were super comprehensive - charged us only 50.000 VND for it so they could replace it. Overall very satisfied with their service - highly recommend.

  I would give 7 start if I could. They provided free drop off and pick up to our resort. No security deposit or security document needed. They are very happy to serve you, very caring and helpful and would do everything to make your experience great. My bike had some headlight issue which I realised later so next day delivered a new bike in 10 minutes. Also, they gave me extension of few hours for free and even stayed after their closing time to pick up the bike so that I could attend a late night show in sunset town. Truely great experience. Just rent the bike from them without second thoughts. They have best prices and no conditions (as compared to a few others I checked with before hiring the bike). They went above and beyond. Kudos.

  This is a very good scooter rental place. I recommend it. I rented a Yamaha NVX 155 for 13 days. The bike was reliable and I used it every day. It gave such a freedom to move around. Be prepared of the often chaotic traffic though. Defencive driving is very important. TV. Canada.

  We stayed in Mercury resort. Connected with them via WhatsApp, got fast response. There are no other charges/deposit to rent and the process was very smooth. They dropped scooter to Hotel and picked up scooter from hotel (has to go to hotel gate due to hotel restrictions). Overall smooth experience. Would definitely recommend.

  Great and honest people we ask them to bring the bike to the airport We didn’t have enough cash on us when we took the bike, but they were so nice and just let us pay the end of the rental
