  Motorbike Rental Trang provides reliable and smooth service. The scooter was in excellent condition — clean, well-maintained, and running perfectly throughout our rental period. It was easy to handle and very comfortable, even for a beginner. I even had some time to teach my friend how to ride on a small countryside road, and the scooter was perfect for her first try. Miss Trang is incredibly friendly and genuinely kind-hearted. She even offered to arrange an airport transfer by car with her husband. We had a very early morning flight and didn’t want to disturb them, but the gesture itself was extremely caring and thoughtful. We also returned the scooter late in the evening when the gates were already closed, and she didn’t complain or make it an issue at all — which truly shows her respectful and understanding attitude. Highly recommended for both the quality of service and the warmth of the people.

  We rented scooters from them and had a great experience. There is a wonderful woman there who helped us a lot. She didn’t have a scooter available at first, but she contacted her friend and managed to find scooters for us anyway. It’s a pity we had only two days in Phu Quoc — we would have gladly booked tours with them as well. At the beginning, we were honestly a bit worried about being scammed. But after reading the reviews, we decided to trust them — and we were right. We accidentally dropped one of the scooters and there were a few small scratches. She chose to ignore it and didn’t charge us anything extra. That says a lot about her honesty. If you’re reading this review — don’t hesitate. Rent from her, you won’t regret it.

  The owner was incredibly friendly, patient, and super chill - even though it was our very first time riding a moped. She gave us clear instructions, checked everything was good, and made us feel completely safe and welcome. We rented for 3 days at 120,000 VND per day and it was worth every dong. The bike was in great condition and really helped us explore freely and make the trip 10x more fun. Highly recommend this place, if you’re in the area, go for it! Thank you again :)

  Trang is an outstanding businessman who truly goes above and beyond for her customers. She personally delivered the motorbike to me at a nearby hotel, even with her young children, and then walked back to her shop. The bike itself was in immaculate condition, very safe, and thoroughly inspected by Trang herself to ensure top quality and reliability. She thoughtfully filled the gas tank to full before handover, with the option to either return it full or simply leave her a small fee (50k VND) for refueling. The convenience didn’t stop there—Trang also offered to pick up the bike at the end of the rental, saving me the trip back to the shop. Communication was seamless, as she was always reachable on her business number and even shared helpful local recommendations on what to see and do in Phu Quoc. Pricing was very fair at just 120k VND per day, offering excellent value. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Trang’s motorbike rentals to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.   Highly recommend this bike rental shop off the alley. Lovely + chill owner. VD 120K for 24 hours. She offers weekly/monthly discount + pickup/drop off bikes at hotels with additional fee. No deposit was required. Bring along your passport.

  Trang is a cutie and her rental service is fantastic. After sorting out a scooter, Trang made sure she added us to WhatsApp because, as she said, "if something goes wrong you can contact me, a bike is just a bike but your safety is the most important." Trang is an honest person, you can always tell. Our scooter was in good condition and the rate was very good; we had a great time and will rent from Trang next time as well.

  Awesome experience. Trang is a trustworthy person and very honest. I rented a motorbike for two weeks for a reasonable price. She washed the bike and changed the oil before renting it to me. No deposit required and helmets included. The bike was well maintained and rode good. She responded to my messages on WhatsApp right away. When I return to phu quoc I’ll definitely rent from her again. Highly recommended

  We were absolutely amazed by the help of Trang, she explained us everything about what to do around the island, compared all options for tours and gave us the best combination for the next day. Then, in the early morning, our friend wanted to join and Trang managed to get her on our group in less than 15 minutes. The tour was super professional, very affordable and I honestly didn't expect this level of service. The photographer who accompanied us was very good (and as a professional photographer myself I really enjoyed his presence and amazing pictures). Also the food surprised me - we got a hotpot experience, that was more than we could finish. Very fresh seafood, fish and meat, and for our vegetarian friend, there was a special veggie / vegan hotpot ordered by Trang. So we are super super happy and still asking ourselves, how this experience was possible at this price and with that speed pf organization! Thank you so much dear Trang!
