  maybe it was a translation issue, but my partner asked for cold medication today. he translated the symptoms and the staff seemed to understand. we got 3 different medicins, after researching them at home, it turned out only one was helpful against a cold (eurosan). the other two were against allergy problems (cetirizin) and against swelling (katrypsin fort). you should research what you are getting sold before buying it to ensure there is no translation issue like in our case.

  Nhân viên chăm sóc nhiệt tình nhưng giá bán cắt cổ, vỉ thuốc bán đắt gấp đôi so với ở tiệm khác. Không nên mua! The staff is enthusiastic but the prices are exorbitant, the blister packs are twice as expensive as at other stores. Not recommended!
