  Xuan, his Father, Mei, and the cleaning ladies were all great hosts and made mine, Ellies, and my 4 year old daughters stay very comfortable. We booked a double room and the air con and beds were excellent. Location is great, close to everything and really worthwhile staying. We booked for 1 week initially and extended for another 3. The pool was nice and all the guests we encountered were lovely. 5 stars from me!

  When we first arrived at the hotel, even though it was afternoon, our room wasn't ready. And unfortunately, on the last day of our stay, our money was stolen from our room. This theft was committed by the people who cleaned the room. Plain and simple. The hotel manager brushed it off and said they couldn't do anything. There was no apology or compensation for our losses. Definitely stay away from this hotel. Don't let your vacation be ruined!

  The staff is very kind in solving the wishes of the guests.The cleaning is well done, the linen is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the towels absorb the water from the body very well.They offer the possibility of changing the towels daily, I have not encountered this system in the hostel before. It is very quiet, secluded, away from the noise of the street. There is a beautiful and well-maintained swimming pool.

  We used this hotel for a 0.5-night stay, and the swimming pool facilities were great. Most of all, even though we arrived much earlier than the official check-in time (without requesting early check-in), they allowed us to check in quickly, which made it very comfortable to rest in the hot weather.King Kong Mart and Long Beach Mart are about a 15–20 minute walk away, or just a 2–6 minute drive, so it felt especially convenient for staying on the last day before departure.Looking back, I think staying for at least one full night instead of just 0.5 night and doing a central area tour would have been a good option as well.

  Our room was not ready even though it was afternoon when we first arrived at the hotel. And unfortunately, our money was stolen in our room on the last day of our stay. Unfortunately, this theft did the people who cleaned the room. Clear and clear. The hotel manager glossed over the issue and said he couldn't do anything.   Very good host, price/ quality ratio is perfect and what is more , it is situated on a beautiful bali style street. Right across is The Nook breakfast place right next to it The Benz’s eatery amazing food atmosphere .. i have to say this is probably the best location to be on the island

  Too bad the driver charged me for the airport service they have on their listing at the end, without anyone telling me this in advance. Obviously not for the money, but for the trust you can have in the people. The play of misunderstandings is behind the corner. Transparency and honesty are to me the most important thing in a hotel, to have a peaceful and stress less stay.The room was goodThe location is far from the main area, you have to rent a scooter.I did a tour with them which was very convenient, I'd recommend take it with red river tours: 4 islands and cable car.I am very disappointed by the driver charging me, which makes me think just don't book that!

  One of the nicest hostels I've stayed at. Super clean, fast wifi, free towels, pool, AC, free water in the room etc. Each bunk bed has a lott of space, which was very nice. Long beach is only about 10 min walk. There are lots of nice cafes and restaurants within short walking distance also.The best part is that the boss is present 24/7 at the desk (photo 1) and the manager (photo 2) usually welcomes and shows everyone to their room but idk why she was sleeping in this photo. I would 100% stay here again as the employees are all very friendly!
