  best customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are reasonable prices and very clean and comfortable. Gym, Pool and everything you need for a very pleasant stay.

  The property cancelled our room a week before, which we could immediately book again for 60% more. Did not honor the original price when we checked in, and we had to get refunded through booking.com after much hassle. This is not the actual location of the hotel, it is down the street at the address below. 22H5+4M9 An Thới, Phu Quoc, Kien Giang, Vietnam We were told to wait in the lobby of the incorrect building, and a staff member came to get us. She took us up to the room and asked us to pay cash, but did not have any change to break large bills. Horrible check in experience. The room is good and the bed comfy. The view is nice, but none of it excuses their bad business practices to me.

  Overbooking. They ask you to cancel through your booking service. (Booking.com in my case)

  Do not book here, you will ruin your vacation 100% I made a reservation a month in advance, they confirmed that everything was ok...on the day of check-in I sat at the reception for 3 hours and waited and they sent a message that they no longer had a room available, they didn't even announce a few days in advance. The company is a liar, they should be banned and sanctioned because they make fun of people who come from thousands of km, they are greedy and unscrupulous.
