  I went snorkeling with OnBird today (a friend said they are the best provider of such experience on Phu Quoc) - what a wonderful team, I had a great time. Everything is top notch, very professional. To point out details - clear communication, I was sent lists of what to pack, weather forecasts, lots of useful tips in advance. Pick up from the hotel - on time, good vehicle. English speaking guides (we were divided into groups where 1 guide took care of just 3 guests, great for beginner swimmers as they are constantly monitored and helped). BEST mask I ever snorkeled in (I’ll buy one as soon as I’m back home). I was explained what sunscreen not to use to protect the coral, and part of the payment you make goes towards restoring the ecosystem. Trip ended up with a BBQ on a beach prepared by the team. Just awesome, 5 stars, highly recommend, will go again myself next time I’m on the island. PS: it was raining a bit - wasn’t as issue at all, just as gorgeous.

  Another beautiful scorching weather 😆! Onwards to our main activity of the day, island hopping snorkeling trip! Booked our experience with OnBird. Found out that they are a very reputable agency that advocates sustainable, low-impact reef, marine life and scientific snorkeling experiences in Phu Quoc Island while prioritizing safety and small group sizes. 👍🏽 Professional and responsive from start to end. We thoroughly enjoyed our little adventure. ♥️ Thank you OnBird, big kudos to our guides, John, Dylan and Jason!

  5⭐️ Simply Fantastic ! From start to finish this snorkelling trip was excellent. The staff were punctual, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We were thoroughly briefed on everything before the tour began, it’s the only snorkel trip I’ve ever been on where they test out the equipment in shallow water before beginning so we had complete confidence in the team. The group was also split into teams of more/leas competent swimmers with 3-4 to each guide, allowing everyone to get the most out of the experience. The snorkelling spots were beautiful, you can tell the team take pride in coral reef conservation and explain how best to enjoy the stunning reefs without any risk of external damage. The sites we were taken to were also very secluded and quiet, it felt very special. The beach excursion at the end was also great, we were given a lounger, fresh mango and a choice of soft or alcoholic beverage, there were a few other tour groups here also but it was still relaxing and super enjoyable. It was a shame to leave. All in all it was a wonderful afternoon I cannot recommend OnBird enough!

  Our tour with OnBird was hands-down the absolute best part of our family vacation to Phu Quoc. From start to finish, the entire experience was flawless, professional, and incredibly fun. The organization right from the beginning was top-tier. Their communication over WhatsApp was highly responsive and clear, and they were completely punctual with all their timings. It took away all the stress of planning. Elite Gear & Next-Level Attention to Detail: What sets OnBird apart is the immense level of detail they put into the experience. They don’t just give you a mask and push you into the water; they took the time to teach us exactly how to snorkel the proper way using high-quality gear. Their attention to detail is so amazing that they even had Vaseline ready for my moustache to ensure a perfect mask seal so water wouldn’t leak through! I was incredibly impressed by that. Expert Guiding & Structured Itinerary: The team itself is incredibly friendly, funny, and highly engaging throughout the day. They were very clear on the rules and safety protocols from the start. Instead of letting everyone randomly swim around, they intelligently divided us into smaller groups. They guided us along a specific route to target the absolute best sights, ensuring we didn't miss a thing. An Unforgettable Snorkeling Experience: The water clarity wasn't perfect on the day we went, but thanks to their expertise, we still saw more marine life and coral than ever before on this trip! For the final stop, they had us snorkel all the way back to the last island. This gave us a fantastic, extended amount of time in the water to fully take in the amazing sights.If you are visiting Phu Quoc, do not hesitate to book with OnBird. They are a world-class operation and worth every single penny. Thank you to the incredible crew for making our family trip so memorable!

  It was really wonderful experience. Guides are perfect. On second snorkeling spot, Marcus dived and pointed each corals for kids. Kids were really happy to see and know which one is what corals. I really appreciated his kind and thoughtful guide. All the other guides also tried to make sure kids' safety and help them to have a great experience. Thank you. I highly recommend Onbird if anyone is looking for a beautiful, wonderful snorkeling experience in Phu quoc.

  I'm so grateful to Onbord for their arrangements. It made my four-year-old son and I feel very safe and secure during our first snorkeling experience. They even arranged for Tom, a Chinese-speaking instructor, to accompany us. He held my son's hand the entire time and checked on us. If you're going snorkeling in Phu Quoc, definitely choose a professional team! ❤️

  The corals in Phu Quoc are seriously impressive, honestly on par with the Maldives. We’ve been to quite a few snorkeling spots around Asia and this one really stands out. So many vibrant and diverse coral formations all in one place. Big shoutout to OnBird for the amazing service. The team was incredibly patient and encouraging, especially for our cousin who had zero swimming experience. They made everyone feel safe and confident. Definitely a trip to remember 🌴🐠

  Took the Onbird Phu Quoc snorkeling trip this morning and the experience was incredible. Ngoc the patient customer service officer on Whatsapp attended to my many questions the day before and provided assurance especially on my questions about myopia. The tour agency provides prescriptions snorkeling masks from -2dp to -10dp. Have searched three agencies prior to this and none was able to provide prescription snorkeling masks. Big big thanks to John, Kevin and Harry, our tour guides for the day. My kids and i felt safe and they took extra care to ensure we were comfortable and were enjoying ourselves. The equipment provided were of good grade and easy to use. We went to four spots and the last at a private beach for drinks and fruits. Overall an excellent experience. Highly recommended!
