Honestly, the best part of staying at Rosie Hillside wasn’t just the amazing fireworks view from the window, but the personal touch from the staff. They were genuinely helpful on WhatsApp, giving us directions and food advice every day. We were worried about booking tours ourselves, but they recommended an awesome snorkeling tour and the cable car operator, and everything went perfectly. The room is super clean and the bed is comfy. This place made our Phu Quoc trip stress-free and memorable. Thanks, Rosie team!"

We had a wonderful stay at this serviced apartment and felt it was great value for money. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the view was amazing — we even got to enjoy the fireworks from our room. The rooftop pool, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities made the stay even more convenient. Special thanks to Strong for being so friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Highly recommended, especially with so many attractions and cafés nearby!

Stayed at Rosie Hillside Apartment and had a pleasant experience overall. From the office to pickup the key, their staff will bring you to your unit which might be in beside building. The apartment is located on Level 3, and the view from the room ok. If you want to see fireworks higher floor is better. You will receice key card for the lift but to enter the apartment they will give the passcode. The room was also very clean and comfortable upon arrival. One thing I appreciated was that the air conditioning was already turned on before check-in, so the room felt cool and welcoming after a long journey. The apartment also comes with useful amenities like a microwave, kettle, fast wifi and refrigerator. There is also a gym and swimming pool available for guests. No washing machine. For Muslim travellers, the location is convenient because it is near Sarah Restaurant, which serves Muslim-friendly food but bit expensive A few things to note: if you arrive early, you may need to wait until check-in time. The master bathroom has a see-through glass design, which may not be suitable for everyone depending on privacy preference. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with nice facilities, great cleanliness, and a very good view.

We had an absolutely memorable stay at Rosie hillside The Sea view in Phu Quoc, and it truly exceeded our expectations. One of the biggest highlights was the magical fire show — watching it right from our balcony felt surreal and incredibly special. Experiencing it again from the rooftop pool, with the cool evening breeze and stunning views, made it even more unforgettable. The apartment itself deserves a solid 5/5 for its design and smart space utilization. Everything felt thoughtfully arranged, clean, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxed family stay. The scenic, almost magical fireworks views added a unique charm that we’ll always remember. The facilities were great overall (4.5/5). The only small addition that would make longer stays even better is a washing machine, especially for guests like us who spend a lot of time at the beach and need frequent laundry. Hospitality was exceptional — a perfect 5/5. A big thank you to Kylie and Trang for being such a warm and welcoming host and making our stay so pleasant. The rooftop pool area is peaceful and beautifully maintained — an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is convenient, and the entire property has a calm, inviting vibe. Overall, a well-deserved 5/5. Keep up the fantastic work — we’ll definitely be coming back!

The location of the apartment is great, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, there were two major privacy concerns that significantly affected our stay. The biggest issue was the CCTV cameras installed inside the rooms. We stayed as two families, and I had a room to myself. My room had a 360 degree camera mounted facing the main door, but since it can rotate, it could also be pointed towards the bed. In my room, the camera wires appeared to have been disconnected, but in the other rooms, they seemed to still be connected. Having cameras inside guest rooms is a serious privacy concern. The second issue was the bathroom glass blind. Even after pulling the blind down completely, it was still possible for someone in the bed to see inside the bathroom, which made it feel very uncomfortable. Apart from these privacy issues, the location and the room were good. However, these concerns need to be addressed before I could recommend staying here.

View was good. Just had to ask the staffs to change my linens as it has visible dirt and stains. Staffs was prompt in request, however room was just nice not very clean with still visible dust around the room. Hope they maintain the cleanliness each bookings. Toiletries was self service you need to take or change towels from the reception area which is from the other buildings. As its my first time on an apartment, quite trouble some using cards and keys to access the room. It was an old building but the tallest. The view was able to watch both symphony of the sea and kiss of the sea and all the fireworks. 🎆

We stayed at this apartment hotel for the fireworks, and while the location and room itself were excellent, our overall experience was impacted by unprofessional staff behaviour. The hotel has a strict 2 PM check-in policy with no exceptions, which we were aware of. However, upon arriving exactly at 2 PM, we faced a very disappointing check-in experience. We had already submitted our passport details in the morning, but the two male staff members at the front desk completely ignored us. They were busy chatting with Chinese guests and showed zero courtesy or professionalism toward us, even though we politely informed them we were ready for check-in. We ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes until the female staff member arrived. She was excellent — prompt, polite, and genuinely helpful. She listened to our request for a good room and assigned us a beautiful unit on a higher floor with two balconies. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished, and the view was outstanding — completely unobstructed and perfect for watching the fireworks. We truly enjoyed the scenery from the balconies. That said, the cleanliness left much to be desired. There were many ants inside the apartment and on the balcony, suggesting the cleaning had not been done thoroughly. This was quite disappointing given the otherwise nice setup. The location is fantastic, and the room (once we got it) was one of the best in terms of view. However, the rude behavior from the male staff and the poor cleaning standards significantly affected our impression. Hopefully, management will address these issues to ensure all guests are treated with equal respect and professionalism. Otherwise this apartment is best to book for great view and enjoy the fireworks.
