Staying at this apartment in Phu Quoc was a delightful experience. The host was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach. I loved the peaceful and relaxed atmosphere of the apartment. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and authentic stay in Phu Quoc.

This place has a stunning and remarkable view when it comes to sunset, lucky me. At first, I only booked this apartment for the lower price, so I didn't expected to have an eye-opening experience seeing this spectacular scenery. And I also amazed with the host, she was nice to me and guideline me to explore numerous places.

The rental price is reasonable or even too cheap compared to the quality and experience at this place. I rented at a good price through airbnb. Walk a few minutes to the beach and around there are many restaurants with prices listed. The host is very kind!

We arrived at the apartment after confirming our exact arrival time in advance, but no one was there to meet us and we had to wait a long time. Only after we had already checked in did we receive a message from the host informing us that the swimming pool was not working. This information was deliberately withheld: I was in direct contact with the host on the day of booking, two days before arrival, and clearly mentioned that the pool was important to us. At no point did she disclose that the pool was under construction or temporarily unavailable. Had this been communicated honestly, we would not have booked this apartment. The apartment itself was very dirty. The sofa had large, visible stains, there was dirt under the furniture, and the bed linen had yellow stains, which was disgusting. I also saw cockroaches and other bugs on the bed. In addition, the message we received after check-in contained hidden rules stating that we must wash the dishes and take out the garbage ourselves or face extra charges — something that was not clearly disclosed beforehand. Overall, the cleanliness standards were extremely low. This apartment was unacceptable, unhygienic, and deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

If you are looking for a room with a view, this is it. Our stay at the Sea Gallery Hotel was highlighted by an incredible view that was easily the "deal-breaker" for us.Arrival & Check-InThe arrival process starts at Hillside “The Sky.” You wait in the main lobby until a staff member meets you.• Pro-Tip: Communication is key. Get the hotel’s WhatsApp and stay in touch; they respond incredibly fast and are very helpful.• The Process: Check-in is a breeze—just a passport check, a quick photo, and you’ll get your key card and PIN before being escorted to your room. The Space & ComfortThe accommodations are impressively sized, featuring a huge bedroom and a humongous bathroom.• The View: The scenery is the highlight of the stay. It’s also a great spot to watch the nightly fireworks; they are a beautiful touch, though they can feel a bit repetitive after the third night.• Climate Control: The AC in the living room gets nice and cold, but the separate unit in the bedroom struggles a bit to keep the temperature consistent.• Amenities: You get two free bottles of water, but there is a mini-mart downstairs for everything else at very cheap prices. If you prefer Grab food, deliveries are seamless—you just need to pop downstairs to the lobby to collect your order.Getting AroundTransportation is exceptionally easy. You’ll see plenty of EV-style cabs and tuk-tuks ready to take you around.• Pricing: Expect to pay between 20k–40k VND depending on the distance.• Local Tip: Drivers may suggest specific shops or attractions to you; if you aren't interested, a polite "no" is all it takes.• Navigation: Simply show them the address of where you want to go. When heading back, just tell them "The Sky"—it’s a well-known landmark and every driver knows exactly where it is.Final Verdict: A spacious and scenic choice with excellent staff communication. It’s a perfect base for exploring the area, provided you don't mind a little nightly pyrotechnic repetition!
