  We had an outstanding experience with Su Casa Phu Quoc Long Beach. The team demonstrated excellent customer service - they were responsive, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It’s clear they truly care about their guests and prioritize making every stay a positive one. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Phu Quoc - we wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again!

  Best stay experience. We stayed at this hotel for two months, and during all that time we never regretted our choice. Everything here is perfect. - Great service. Cleaning is done every day, and it is truly high quality. The floors are washed daily, drinking water is refilled, and towels are replaced. Bed linen is also changed very often, about every three days. - Quiet and peaceful area. Since this area is not built up with hotels, there are very few people and cars here. Because of this, it stays pleasantly quiet throughout the day. There are two parks near the hotel where it’s especially nice to take evening walks. The beach is about a 10 minute walk away. There is also a buggy that can take guests for free to nearby places: shops or the beach. - Very friendly staff. The hotel staff are incredibly kind and attentive. They did everything possible to make us feel at home. They always helped with any questions or requests. I will remember them with special warmth. ❤️ - Modern and clean room. The room looks very modern and everything is very neat and clean. The lighting system is very well designed, and you can turn on the lights from different areas of the apartment. The only small detail is that the kitchen is not fully equipped with cooking utensils. However, this is not a problem at all, since everything you need can easily be bought on the island. If you are looking for a place to stay and have doubts about your choice, just book a room at this hotel. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

  Nothing the hotel owner could do would be better than it is. Great, freshly renovated rooms; all clean; great service; beautiful area. This is what you need to know: for better or for worse, the location is not in the city, and there are not many cafes or spas nearby. But close to the beach Also, the hotel nearby started renovation, so in the next 2 months it will be construction noise

  The hotel is lovely. The rooms are excellent for the price. They have thought of lots of little details that even more expensive hotels don’t. The main issue is the location. Firstly the pool outside is empty and doesn’t look like it will ever be filled. It’s a ghost town with most of the neighbouring properties being empty. It’s a walk to the beach. I wouldn’t stay again based on location. I think for $45pn there are better areas to stay with views of the beach from your room.

  Peaceful setting not far from the beach. The apartment has a lot of high grade features that are even better than a hotel. Reception is responsive on Whatsapp.They have a free buggy to take you around. No chickens. No traffic noise. Sculpted art gardens and security around.Cheap Green SM app taxi into the old town. Lots of development around but not many people in low season.

  The place is very clean and new. The decoration is on point as well.There are also free buggy ride to the beach. A very quiet estate. Highly recommend to stay if you looking for a clean and quiet area.Please do take note that you probably have to take Grab for any tourist attraction. Its a bit far but the hotel is worth it

  The hotel is new with high quality repair, so fresh and clean. The room is spacious and has all necessities for cooking. The location is good near Marina park, where was kites show during winter holidays. However, you have to walk to the seashore approximately 15 minutes or you can use free buggy service. We are fond of walking, so for us it was even the advantage. The area is really very calm and quiet that we loved most of all. In the hotel there is free laundry. Service is excellent, administrators are helpful and welcoming. We love everything.

  This is a small, relatively new apartment block in an area known as Marina Square in Phu Quoc, about 10 to 15 minutes’ away from the airport by car (there’s also a free #19 Vin Bus to/from the airport but it has limited departure frequency).||The GOOD:|(1) Apartment is clean, new and tastefully decorated. All the interior furnishings are in good condition. Washer cum Dryer is free to use (available outside rooms, on certain floors) – just bring your own detergent : )||(2) Even though this is an apartment, reception service is always available during the day and basic room cleaning is also provided daily, which is rare (or non-existent for other apartments elsewhere). The availability of these two essential services at the apartment is very much appreciated! ||(3) Check in and check out is quick and easy. The reception staff (with good English language skill) is very efficient and friendly and made my stay very comfortable! The staff contacted me via chat app before my check in date and gave me very clear and easily understood details of the self check-in procedures (in case arrival is delayed till late night when the reception closes). I arrived during the day so I went straight to the reception staff for my quick and fuss-free check in||(4) Convenience: free buggy service is available to destinations within 2 km of the apartment. This saves you from walking to the nearby beach, restaurants at the Waterfront vicinity or the Vin bus stop which is near InterContinental Hotel (all about 10 to 15 minutes away on foot). Bicycles can be rented at 50,000 Dong per day||NOT-SO-GOOD:|(1) Like many other apartments, there’s no safe in the room to store your valuables||(2) There’s an occasional stench from the drainage hole in the shower/toilet. A room spray is provided in the room but I didn’t find it effective at all to mask the odour||(3) Window/balcony view from rooms at the back: there is a disused pool just beside the apartment which is an eye-sore due to the dirt and grime that settled on the bottom of the almost empty pool. Guests can use 2 clean pools further away instead (shared-use, probably with other hotels/apartments). Self-service lockers are available at the pools. The nearest is about 300 m away, within the Marina Square section (I didn’t see anyone swimming there). Another larger, more popular pool is at the Waterfront section (600m away). Free entry - by showing your room keycard. ||Overall, I’m very pleased with my choice – a clean, quiet and attractive apartment that gave me good quality sleep and terrific, well-trained staff who made my stay such a relaxing and trouble-free experience! Definitely enough for me to dismiss the not-so-good points.
