  Amazing view.. 12A floor.. see the town and the kissing bridge...watch the beautiful fireworks

  Its apartment style. You have a nice view of the clock tower and sunset town. Also the signature fireworks from the balcony as long as you get the room which is high and it'll cost more than the lower floors of course. Accessible to all the major parts of sunset town. And facing the cable car station as well as kiss bridge as seen from the photos taken from both sides. If you dont want to walk from the hotel to the various points of interest, theres the option of the sunset town buggy which charges around 10k-15k dong per pax per trip. There is a convenience store on the 1st level which opens till 3am daily where you can get most of what you need including sachets of washing detergent. The room comes with washer and kitchen. Theres daily restock of water and fresh towels but housekeeping is only alternate days. Each room gets a keycard to access the elevator and each room has a digital lock.

  I stayed here for 4 days and was very satisfied. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with cooking utensils. The sea view was amazing, especially being able to watch fireworks every evening. The rooftop swimming pool was very relaxing, and there is also a gym. Located in Sunset Town, it is extremely convenient to go to the night market and the supermarket. The host is friendly, and the price is the best in the area. Recommendation: Highly recommended / Worth considering.

  Very satisfied with the stay. Brand new service apartment, I booked via Horizon host - there are different hosts taking care of you so the cheaper ones might not be as good as the slightly more expensive ones.

  There is an integrated speaker in the ceiling of the room and they will play loud piano music every Sunday at 7:30 for more than 30 minutes to wake up all residents, who's stupid idea is that? Be aware, not good for long stays.

  Terrible stay. They charged me 500k fee for having an “additional” guest even though we prepaid for all guest and was transparent about each one staying. Further more even though we did book for 5 guest and PAID for the “extra” we weren’t given a sleeping setup or toiletries for the 5th guest. Terrible service along with horrible transparency. Borderline SCAM. Had to pay for an extra futon and blanket but still wasn’t given a towel to shower. The bathroom was missing soap and all together this was a horrible experience.

  Our experience with CITY HOMESTAY was terrible and extremely unprofessional. Communication was poor from the beginning- responses were delayed, and during check-in, we received almost no guidance. The apartment was completely unprepared for guests: the furniture was dirty, basic amenities like a washing machine and kitchen utensils were missing, and the apartment didn’t match the photos advertised. When we reported these issues, the host created a WhatsApp group but failed to provide any real solutions. Despite deciding to stay due to a lack of alternatives, the next day, a cleaner entered the apartment without notice and told us we had to leave. The host and owner promised to relocate us to another apartment, but after we packed and left, they abandoned us in the lobby with no further communication. This was an unacceptable experience, especially during Chinese New Year when finding alternative accommodation was nearly impossible. I strongly advise avoiding CITY HOMESTAY.
