  We enjoyed the sweet soups and the noodles at this place. All were very authentic and served in decent portions. The outdoor seating area is a great spot to enjoy the sunset, e.g., at 6 p.m.

  The best pho ever in Vietnam, I really love the stone bowl with a wagyu beef. The price is a bit higher than others but it was worth for the taste. It's located in the sunset town market, which was in a tourist spot

  CÁI MÂM BISTRO is that kind of place you go back to — we went twice. we enjoyed it so much that we didn't even take any photos of the food! LOL tried the Bún bò Nam Bộ & Phở sen Bún bò Nam Bộ slaps -- the beef was super well seasoned, and the sauce ties everything together so well. Phở sen was also amazing, the soup is already nice on its own. my partner had it plain while i added chilli padi, garlic, basil + lime — that made it even better! lotus roots give a nice crunch. it's some solid comfort food after a long day out. we ordered takeaway both times, but the shop atmosphere seems chill & well-ventilated. there are outdoor seating with a sea view. a small downside is the big speaker near the counter blasting music. if you sit nearby, talking can be a bit tough. service was great, staff even remembered us on the second visit. Only issue was takeaway — soups spilled, a bit messy to eat, but the taste was still there. honestly, zero complaints. i’d go back again.

  A solid, no-frills little spot. If you are in the tourist area and not sure what to eat, their shop is a reliable choice. If you enjoy soup-based noodles, try their lotus root and beef rice noodles. The broth is light and pleasantly sweet, with lotus seeds in it. The beef is sliced paper-thin but served in large pieces, and the quality is very good. The only drawback is that the portion of rice noodles feels a bit small. Pair it with their house mixed sweet dessert soup for a simple but satisfying combination. They also give customers a 10% off coupon for a single-person set meal. Overall, their restaurant is one of the few fast-food options in the area that I would actually recommend.

  The service was excellent, and the food was delicious. It seemed to be located next to an offshore drilling platform, which was an interesting experience. Sitting outside was also quite fun.

  Facade looks really nice. The beef was alright and not chewy. Soup wasnt salty and was quite light tasting. Its self service but the staff do clear your tables. Has a nice view of the sea. Lots of tables in the outdoor area.

  Good thing the sunset is there! Food… 😕 I had the chicken pho soup. As soon as I sat down (they give you a buzzer to pick your food up from the counter) the buzzer went off. RED FLAG🚩! Did expect it to be made in 45 seconds. There were not alot of noodles and chicken; the majority of chicken was weird lumpy skin and cartilage. Gross. The pho soup tasted mid and not fresh compared to other Pho restaurants in Phu Quoc. 💩💩💩Additionally I have had 0 stomach problems since being in Vietnam until this restaurant. ‼️‼️‼️ Generally unpleasant. Staff were grumpy and the music was blaring loud, and j quite a mid experience. Much nicer places to go in sunset town! Coconut was delicious and cold! Sunset was beautiful 😍

  The restaurant looks nice at first, but the service from the staff was very disappointing. There was no assistance for foreign customers, and communication was difficult. The place was also not very clean, with many flies around the dining area. The food tasted okay, but the waiting time was very long. On top of that, customers were expected to carry very hot and heavy bowls by themselves, which felt unsafe and inconvenient. Overall, the experience was not very pleasant.
