  5-star service! Though the restaurant is not fully opened with limited menu, we had a hearty meal with egg fried rice, beef burgers, mango salad, rice noodles, crab cakes. They’re all delicious, coupled with the beautiful view of the beach, washing down with the coconut juice… magical!

  Beautiful beach spot at Khem Beach with a great atmosphere. The Christmas music was a really nice touch and the service was outstanding. I’m traveling solo and felt very welcome. My waiter Pearl was incredibly kind and attentive. Honestly some of the best service I’ve ever had. The food was very good too. I’ll definitely come back.

  We randomly happened upon this restaurant, but the food way exceeded our expectations. All around the food was really delicious and the burger was a specific standout. Can strongly recommend 👌

  We recently had dinner at this seaside restaurant as a group of eleven including four kids. We were on the hunt for a spot right by the beach, and this place came up with pretty good ratings on Google Maps. Honestly, it lived up to the hype! They set us up with a nice outdoor table right by the shore. We ordered fried rice, noodles, morning glory, fried calamari, fried spring rolls, and some big shrimp, and everything was really fresh and tasty. The prices were quite reasonable too. Overall, we had a great experience, and I wouldn’t mind going back there if we find ourselves in the area again.

It feels welcoming both during the day and in the evening when the lights create a warm atmosphere. Food and drinks are generally well‑prepared. The seafood tower is a highlight mentioned by many guests — fresh, nicely presented, and a great way to taste local flavors. The menu combines Vietnamese specialties with international touches, so there’s something for everyone. Cocktails are creative and refreshing, though prices are slightly higher compared to smaller local spots. Service is friendly and attentive, though at busy times it can take a little longer to get served. Staff members are polite and try to explain dishes or recommend options, which adds to the overall experience. What makes Kaisun stand out is the location at Khem Beach — quieter than some of the more crowded beaches in Phu Quoc, so you can really enjoy the scenery without too much hustle. It’s a great place for couples, families, or groups of friends who want to combine beach relaxation with good food and drinks. Overall, Kaisun Beach Club delivers a memorable experience with beautiful surroundings, tasty food, and a pleasant atmosphere. A few small improvements in service speed and pricing transparency would make it even better. For now, I would rate it 4 stars — definitely worth a visit if you’re exploring the south of Phu Quoc.

  Decent place to enjoy a day on the beach. Drinks are good, food is okay. The pasta I had for lunch was nice (just needed some salt and pepper), but the pasta during dinner was awful. Crunchy and dry pasta, but oily and garlicky at the same time. It was a bit of hit and miss.

  We had high expectations for this place because 1) it’s highly rated here and 2) we went to all the other places on this block and everyone else was really good. We went at 8:30 on a Thursday and it wasn’t busy. We ordered the Kaisun fried rice and the seafood platter. It took 35 minutes for the fried rice. It was bland with zero flavor and the rice was really hard. We waited 55 minutes for the seafood platter. We kept asking and they kept saying it was being made. I don’t know what would take so long. It was a big salty but had decent flavor. I would say this is definitely the weakest on this block.

  Have been in Vietnam for 3 weeks, and this was the worst food i have had by far. Whilst the service and atmosphere was good, the food was dry and close to inedible. One of the worst meals of my life.
