  Great value for money! The room was spacious enough for 6 people. The host was incredibly cheerful, friendly, and went out of their way to help us. The room has a lovely view overlooking the beautiful grounds nearby. Having an en-suite bathroom was super convenient. The price is very reasonable. The host even helped us find a driver for our transportation at a very cheap rate. I highly recommend staying here, especially if you are traveling in a group!

  View from the window is beautiful 🩷the studio balcony room was a bit small but it was nice as per the price charged . There was a mini mart downstairs and the caretaker is also very humble and kind. There is no elevator but the caretaker helps you with your luggage. The location is also very convenient .

  We had a wonderful stay at this homestay. Location is perfect close to major attractions, restaurants and public transport, making it very convenient to explore the area. Excellent value for money. Host was friendly and helpful.

  Just spent 3 nights here with 4 other members of the family. Price is OUTSTANDING. Location is excellent, not too close to the noisy activities next to the man-made waterway and not far from all the action. Snacks, drinks and amenities are available from the convenient store downstairs. Managers are an affable, hard-working couple who are willing to go that extra mile to help out. The family room we stayed in is clean, very spacious and important stuff like air-con, shower, fridge all work as they should. The coffee shop next door, also run by the same couple, use genuine beans (no ‘mixed-beans’ stuff ;) sourced from Vietnam’s central highland (similar to Trung Nguyen) but costs way less. Oh, don’t forget to ask the managers for discount tickets to Vin Wonders and/or Safari if you want to go there. All and all, a great experience for what we paid for. A+++

  Great location, affordable and clean homestay. The host is very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Pro tip: You may contact the host thru WhatsApp for faster transactions.

  Very nice property and great family. Generally people in Vietnam are not very hospitable but this family stood out.||Highly recommended for anyone staying at Grandworld. Located just opposite to Teddy bear museum.
