  A feel -at- home vibe just in front of a chill sunset beach! With top excellent tacos, try the duck tacos made by Miss Nhien, her dog Strongbow is a party animal, literally! Rooms are also super clean and comfy!

  We stayed at a few hotels and guest house in Duong Dong and this place was our favourite. The room itself we had qas very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable bed. It has nice garden outside and is very close to the beach and beach club next door (not too loud). Would recommend to others.

  I had an amazing stay at Coastal Village in Phu Quoc! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach, giving me easy access to the stunning ocean views and peaceful surroundings. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time. Their kindness and attention to detail made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Coastal Village for anyone looking for a tranquil, beachside retreat in Phu Quoc!

  The hostess there is the best! Creates such a fun environment. We really felt at home in these bungalows so close to the beach. If you're looking for that little extra special hands on vietnam experience. This is the place. We even had a BBQ party at the property!

  Coastal Village Phu Quoc is an amazing and cozy place, a true magical paradise nestled between two big resorts. The atmosphere is peaceful, beautiful, and incredibly comfortable — you truly feel at home from the moment you arrive. Nhien, the owner, makes the stay even more special. She is kind, attentive, and always available, solving everything with ease and care. Her constant support also helps avoid any language barriers, so you never feel lost in translation. I couldn’t recommend this place more. It’s a hidden gem and a perfect escape for anyone looking for comfort, warmth, and genuine hospitality.

  I had an amazing stay at Coastal Village Phú Quốc! The location is peaceful and just a short walk from the beach. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with beautiful views and thoughtful decor. What really stood out was the hospitality—staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always made sure I had everything I needed. The surrounding area is quiet but still close to restaurants and local attractions. A special highlight was the on-site restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious—fresh seafood, local specialties, and surprisingly, some of the best tacos I’ve ever had. The tacos were flavorful, well-seasoned, and clearly made with care. It’s not easy to find great tacos in Vietnam, but Coastal nailed it! The restaurant itself has a laid-back, cozy vibe—perfect for both breakfast and dinner. Service was fast, warm, and attentive. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay in Phú Quốc, I highly recommend Coastal Village. It truly feels like a home away from home. I’ll definitely come back again! Very good for your trip!

  ABSOLUTELY DO NOT COME HERE. Poorly maintained room, dishonest management, and a trip ruined! I have NEVER left such a negative review unless the experience was truly abysmal. Unfortunately, that is the case with Coastal Village. Please note: I stayed in several other hotels during my Vietnam trip, and this is the only one that was so bad it ruined my entire experience. My initial hotel cancelled my reservation, so my travel agency instructed me to find a replacement and would refund me upon receiving the official invoice/receipt. Therefore, I urgently needed a hotel that had a free room and could provide an official receipt. I found Coastal Village, and that's where I was misled by the photos and reviews, and the nightmare began. The room was generally poorly equipped. Even worse, it was located right next to a loud construction field. The promised "beach access" was misleading, as there was no direct access to the beach. Most unacceptably, during my four-day stay, the room was never cleaned. Providing a receipt was the ONLY REASON I chose this hotel, and they CONFIRMED they could certainly provide one before check-in. However, three weeks after payment, I have still received NO RECEIPT! Despite following up at least five times, each time I received a new, unbelievable excuse: "the accountant was busy," "we lost electricity," "the accountant lost his phone," "we will have a meeting," and so on. So frustrating. Let me be clear: as a customer, I do not need to know about the hotel's internal administrative mess as an excuse. All I know is that the hotel promised the only thing I needed (the receipt for reimbursement), and then has completely failed to deliver on that promise. This level of unprofessionalism and continuous falsehoods wasted my time and prevented my reimbursement. If you require reliable service and basic business integrity, please AVOID this hotel at all costs! Their conduct demonstrates not just poor service, but sustained DISHONESTY and deceptive practice. NEVER COME HERE.

  Avoid…dated dirty old. No access to beach. No beach bar. Owners dog dirty everywhere. Please inspect before booking. Lots of other choices much better close by. We have stayed in over 12 places during our time in Vietnamese this trip. This by far the worst.
