  We rented for a month, The apartment is very comfortable and having a deck with chairs, and table was very nice as we had our coffee and meals out side. We extended our stay as the location is also perfect close to the night market. The front desk girl named kim cuong Diamond is so helpful and friendly she made our stay even more enjoyable. always smiling

  This Place is AWESOME neat all you need hotel. I booked at the last minute and was helped with ease. With the convenience of a Fantastic Turkish restaurant just 3 mins walk away, like around the corner, serving amazing food from 3pm to early hours of the morning.

  Great location, right by the night market. However, be aware that from about 7:00am there is construction noise (drilling, metal cutting, etc.).

  To be honest , the hotel is really great and premium. But the room I got was very pathetic, on 4th floor. It was not actually a floor, its roof top and height of the room from room’s mid position is nealy 1.6 M , my head got injured.And no lift to 4th floor( roof)

  No one cares about your reservation at this hotel. Earlier this year, we booked a room here through Booking.com. When we arrived to check in, it turned out someone was already living in the room we'd booked, leaving us with the option of either moving to a smaller room (for the same price we'd paid for the larger one) or not checking in at all. Furthermore, the room smelled strongly of cigarettes.

  The hotel is fine. The location is great and we enjoyed our view of the night market. The problem was the front desk. The first night they put us in the wrong room type. We paid for a deluxe, but our plane got in late and they said it wasn’t available. The room was terrible with a bad view, but no worries over one night. However the next day they said the deluxe wouldn’t be available at all during our four night stay and they offered a free breakfast as compensation. This was not acceptable and after we complained and got angry, they miraculously gave us a deluxe room. The fact that one was available and ready made us more upset. To further disappointment us, we went to the hotel restaurant. It’s Korean. The food was fine, and it’s run by the Korean owner. The problem is that he tried to over charge us by adding an extra plate. We caught this and it was easily fixed. We came in from the night market street. When we walked into the hotel, he was surprised and embarrassed. We complained to C-Trip and their version of the story was filled with lies. They blamed us. The property is fine, but this treatment the first two days really soured our opinion of this hotel.

  Travel with a group of 7 seniors from Australia. We luckily found this hotel which locates in a quiet and beautiful area however the hotel is a bit far away from the town centre It has Good service, and friendly staffs thanks Bao for your good service |The hotel room is big and clean the environment is very|comfortable, relaxing area good value to stay|A lot of food at the night market easy walk to the beach| I highly recommended I will stay again when I come back to Phu Quoc again it is worth stay
