Natalie’s is a very cosy & unique resort . Every attention to detail . Away from the hassle and bustle . The rooms are tastefully designed and very clean . The staff are very attentive and really friendly. I observed they just wanted us to be happy and comfortable. Easy to get to , just off the highway . I was very relaxed , we felt very safe leaving our belongings in the room . The pool was clean . We highly recommend staying at Natalie’s . Very reasonable prices , service with a smile

Decent family room and good space in bathroom, near to grand world (6-7 km), winworld is 9km(15mins) and vun safari is 11 km(20 mins) from here. Very good care taker and owner, started my stay today.... Will update more on before checking out. Rooms are as same as what you see in images

Our stay at Nathalie Homestay in Phú Quốc was truly heartwarming. The homestay has a peaceful, homey atmosphere that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It’s a great choice for travelers who prefer a more local, authentic experience over large resorts. What really stood out was the hospitality — Nathalie was an amazing host. She gave us great recommendations and even helped us arrange transportation and motorbike rental. One of the best tips she gave us was to try Midori Restaurant, just a short ride away — and wow, what a gem! The food there was incredibly fresh and flavorful, especially the seafood and Japanese-inspired dishes. It was one of the best meals we had on the island. Nathalie Homestay is perfect if you’re looking for a quiet, comfortable place to stay with a personal touch — and having Midori Restaurant nearby is definitely a bonus. Highly recommended!

We booked 2 rooms last minute. We were welcomed by friendly lady who helped us to check in. The rooms were clean and tidy. We didn’t really had hot water which was a bummer. There’s little privacy in the hotel as all rooms are facing the internal yard. Noise isolation can be better and hotel maintenance is not great in public areas. Breakfast was surprisingly good. We didn’t use the pool which looked nice. Location felt isolated but we were able to order in food. Overall, if you’re not planning to stay a lot at the hotel and just looking for a place to sleep, it’s a decent option.

We had a terrible experience with this place. We booked a room for two weeks and left for another hotel on the first day. I don't understand what other reviews are talking about regarding cleanliness. It's incredibly dirty. When booking, there's a no-refund cancellation policy. The location is inconvenient, the Wi-Fi is weak, the grounds are unkempt, and the pool is completely green. We were offered a room upgrade, but it only had mold on the ceiling; the rest of the room was just as dirty. There was absolutely no one to discuss the issue with. Homestay has no guests, no staff, and no one except the cleaning lady, who certainly won't resolve the issue with a refund. I don't recommend this place. It might have been better before. All other reviews are outdated.

My stay at this property was unfortunately quite inconvenient, primarily due to its location and lack of basic traveler support. The hotel is located far from the main city area and is essentially in an isolated location. It is extremely difficult to get Grab or any taxi from this property, and there are usually no cabs available nearby. The nearest convenience store or mart is approximately 4 km away, which makes even basic purchases difficult without arranging transport in advance. Public transport options are also not very convenient. The nearest VinBus station is about a 15-minute walk, which can be challenging, especially in hot weather or when carrying luggage. Food options are very limited. Vegetarian options are not readily available, and breakfast is only served after 8:30 AM, which is quite late by Phu Quoc standards. This makes it difficult for guests who want to leave early for sightseeing, tours, or island activities. In addition, most tour operators do not provide pick-up or drop-off services at this location due to its remoteness. Another important limitation is that the property accepts only cash payments and does not accept cards, which can be inconvenient for international travelers. Overall, due to the isolated location, lack of nearby facilities, transport challenges, and limited service flexibility, I would not recommend this property, especially for tourists visiting Phu Quoc for sightseeing and convenience.
