  Good stay overall with a peaceful, nature vibe. Note: If you are scared of insects or mosquitoes, better skip this place as it’s surrounded by a forest-like area. Otherwise, it’s a nice and calm stay

  Very happy about our stay at the Garden House! Large clean family room, with a washing machine, very useful with a family on a beach vacation. The food is very good, specially the vietnamese dishes. The staff was very helpful when we got troubles with our next hotel booking which turned out to be a scam. Thanks!

  I stayed with my family at the garden house in phu quoc just a week ago. The reception staff and the housekeeping staff were very gentle and polite listening to each of our queries and answering them , trying to solve the issues as and when needed. I just give the 3 star for them. The restaurant staff was very rude particularly 1 staff . That day my elder daughter had fever and she was taking her medicines but the staff said only 2 glasses of water per person. Here in India giving water is hospitality. We give mineral water to anyone who comes home. But in the restaurant that particular staff didn't consider even when my daughter was sick. How rude that can be. Very disgraceful and disappointing.

  There are no staff at night, our key broke at 11 in the night, there was not staff at night to sort our situation out , we waited outside till 1 am. The security guard came to the rescue he helped us out. Its not the end of it , the restaurant in the resort was another pain. The restaurant closes at 10 pm , we came back to the resort tired , hoping we could chill at the restaurant in the resort. But they denied us food at 8 pm. This hotel is located in the middle of no where , and then no grab cabs accepts rides to that location for a short journey to the market area near by. This was by far the worst experience we have had at a resort in veitnam. To add to that , there were no cutleries in the resort. We had to beg for a bowl. There were no plates , no spoons , no glasses. The list never ends.

  STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Service - Terrible. The receptionist and some other staff don’t know how to work. Their English is super poor and they never answer your calls or messages. Room - Hot water problem, they will say it’s about solar energy, but not. Theirs machines are not working. And they change their excuses every time you mention the problem. And also, water in the sink doesn’t run properly and they say it’s normal. Breakfast - Not a lot food or drink options. I have seen way better menus in cheaper places. So, whoever writes good reviews here, they haven’t been in a good place before.

  The site is away from market. But spacious and good lay out. Food and Drinks in Resturant are very cheap. Good for long stays. Though there may be some maintenance issue. Going to market will be 100 k doung by Call taxi. Hotel staff will help book.

  Indeed it is a nice place to stay. Polite and helpful staff. Enjoy facilities as much as you could. However, it is becoming old. But it is still worthwhile for your holidays particularly the family with kids.

  If you love nature and a wild, natural atmosphere, this place is perfect. The location wasn’t especially great or bad for us—just okay. We stayed with family, and it was quiet and nice. We were a bit worried about breakfast because of some reviews, but our family actually enjoyed it. The bus stop felt a little far, but everything else was good during our 5 nights and 6 days stay.
