  Tung is a super helpful host. The view of the sea front room is stunning. The furniture (out of date) & location is not excellent but overall,I‘d say you can’t get better with the room rate which is very reasonable. I‘d recommend it!

  TS Beach House is a true hidden gem in Phú Quốc! 🌴 The beachfront location is stunning – quiet, peaceful, and perfect for anyone looking to unwind away from the crowds. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and having morning coffee right by the beach felt like a dream. 🌊☀️ The room was clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to small details that made it feel warm and welcoming. The hosts were so kind and helpful – they made my stay feel extra special. One of the highlights? I ordered pizza delivery from Midori Restaurant, just a short ride away – and wow, it was honestly some of the best pizza I’ve had in Vietnam! 🍕🔥 Sitting on the beach with a delicious pizza and the sea breeze... absolutely perfect. If you’re looking for a chill, beautiful place to stay in Phú Quốc with great vibes and even better sunsets, I can’t recommend TS Beach House enough. I’ll definitely be back! 💛

  Loved staying here! Came in September and stayed 4 nights. Complete tranquility exactly as I needed. Gorgeous sunsets every night even though it’s rainy season.

  Good place with ocean view. Full furnished. Nice room. Needs deep cleaning. If you don't have a motorbike, then location a little uncomfortable.

  If beautiful sunset and an overall relaxing environment is what you want, this would likely fit the bill. Not five star luxury but not five star prices either. We stayed a week and really enjoyed our time.

  TS Beach House I booked for 3 nights and the owner Mr. Trung Nguyen Van when I arrived switched properties to one of his other trashy ones on the same street which I refused to stay.  First, the small beach and seawater were very dirty. The surrounding neighborhood was terriblely unsafe. My property had security bars on the front gate, and all around the building because none of the door locks worked. The roof was leaking in the bathroom from previous rain. The owner said he would give me a full refund but when I spoke to Agoda later, they said he was not going to refund my money. My words of advice are to be careful renting from this person and be very careful of the neighborhood.

  We booked here for 4 nights over new year. We left it last minute to book so was not left with much choice. We travelled Vietnam for a month and paid between $10-20 per night! This was by far the worse place we stopped! It was very noisey from the karaoke bar next door, dogs barking at night you can here the neighbouring rooms easily. |The rooms are basic which is fine no fridge though, old small tv. The rooms have a lot of mould an the bathroom wasn't great. We did have hot water through. ||We stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned at all. I requested new towels every day. I had to ask for more toilet roll. I even borrowed the cleaners brush to sweep our room as it was sandy from the beach. ||The doors to the rooms are see are see through plastic which is strange as less privacy. |A lot of the ground floor is taken up by what I can only assume as long term stays. I don't think this is suitable for a western traveller . ||It's far from town and the beach so you must hire a scooter it was available through the guest house at a lot higher price than the other options on the island.
