  I had a wonderful massage experience at Crown Spa. The massage was very relaxing and professionally done, and I felt completely refreshed afterward. The reception staff were very welcoming and courteous, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant from the start. Everyone here is extremely kind and attentive. Highly recommend Crown Spa for a great massage and warm hospitality.

  Had a wonderful family massage session at Crown Spa during our Phu Quoc stay. My wife, son, and I were all treated in the same room, which made it such a relaxing, shared experience rather than the usual separate treatment rooms. The therapists were attentive and adjusted the pressure well for each of us, including my son. A lovely way to unwind together after a day of exploring the island. Would highly recommend for families looking for a spa experience that doesn’t split everyone up.

  The Crown Spa massage was absolutely amazing! Our family of five enjoyed a 90-minute session together in a spacious room. I fell asleep almost as soon as the massage began — it was that relaxing. Each of us got to choose our preferred aroma scent from a lovely selection, including jasmine, ylang-ylang, and orange. Please note that kids can’t receive the aroma stone massage, but they can still enjoy a regular aroma massage. Highly recommended for a peaceful and rejuvenating experience!

  Crown Spa is located Grand world North Phu Quoc. It has clean and nice facility and great massage skill! All members of my family so much satisfied!!!

  Tried the manicure and pedicure first time in phu quoc. Came to Crown Spa and Nail because of the positive reviews. Did the basic mani and pedi and overall experience was okay. Slightly different kind of treatment process, staff understand little English.

  I found Crown Spa on Google when searching for a family friendly spa and it did not disappoint! With 2 kids 7 and 10, we wanted something safe and hygiene, and crown spa was clean, hygienic and had a family room on the 3rd floor. Mind you - 6 flights of stairs! But the massages were totally worth it. Their age limit for kids is 3-7, so we ended up paying adult prices for my 10yr old. We chose 3 aroma massages and 1 sunburn massage. The kids got to fill their own forms and pick their own oils - sth they really enjoyed :) The massages were really good, the Massuese were quite chatty so we had to ask them to keep quiet which they did. The ambience could have been better in the room… but that’s prob me being fussy. We played our own Spotify spa music which made it feel a lot more zen and relaxing. All in all I’d give them 7 out of 10. They offered 10% discount for Google review (good or bad) and added it to our bill for all 4 before we even reviewed them cus I told them I would. I like the trust! It was the first time my kids and we had a “family” massage experience and I’m glad we chose Crown Spa!! 4 one hour massages for HKD600 - not bad at all!!

  Massage - good Mode of payment - only cash, no card Bathroom - below average, very less water flow, no hair dryer in bathroom. You can ask at reception to give it as they have one common hair dryer. Staff doesn’t know about it Kids friendly- staff very friendly with kids, they offered complimentary foot massage. My kids enjoyed this experience. Environment- nice relaxing music and light
