  We found this gem purely because my teenage daughter spotted the lady at the front with the most genuine, warm smile — it basically pulled us in off the street like a tractor beam. Best impulse decision of the trip! This place is family-friendly in the best way possible. They offer kids’ foot massages, so while the adults get properly pampered, the little ones don’t have to just sit around bored. Our 6-year-old got one and was absolutely thrilled — he kept talking about it for days. Highly recommend bringing the whole crew. I treated myself to a pedicure, manicure, and foot massage combo that left my feet and hands feeling brand new. My husband went for the full body massage (multiple times), and let’s just say… the man is still levitating. He’s been battling chronic back pain for years — chiropractors, X-rays, expensive massages back in America, the whole saga. Nothing touched it. He was half-joking that he might leave either paralyzed or miraculously fixed. Well, the miracle happened. This talented masseur worked absolute magic. It’s not our first time in Asia — we’ve gotten many massages here — and this one was truly majestic. We’ve quickly realized: why bother with chiropractors anymore when you can just find excellent Asian masseurs? We’ve been converted. We ended up coming back three times during our stay and were never disappointed. The service is consistently excellent, the staff are lovely, and the results speak for themselves. Oh, and the dogs are awesome — you’ll need to give them a pet every time you visit! My husband is basically a new man — walking taller, smiling bigger, and no longer complaining about his back. Huge thanks to the team, especially the guy who “fixed” him! If you’re in Phu Quoc, do yourself (and your family) a favor and stop by. You’ll thank me later. These folks (and their furry friends) deserve every bit of praise and repeat business they get. 10/10, would levitate again.

  Very hardworking & friendly sisters in charge of the shop. They can speak Mandarin, English & Korean. Gave me a very good price. Masseur has good skills & I fell asleep deeply with the hot eye mask & neck support. Highly recommend for travellers staying here or just passing by like me.

  Absolutely loved our couple’s massage on Valentine’s Day today! We did not have an appointment, but they were able to get us right in. All of the therapists were kind, helpful, attentive and professional! They gave us a cold drink, fresh watermelon, and a foot soak when we first arrived. I noticed fresh carnations in the front greeting area. They had matching uniforms which made them look sharp and professional. My husband and I were situated next to one another and could hold hands during part of the massage. We each received a body massage and foot massage. They accepted foreigner credit cards which was a plus! Highly recommend!!

  Absolutely excellent place and people, the 2 young ladies running the place were the most loving and caring people we met there. We went daily for 5days, they gave us an excellent deal + the best foot massage. Staff were excellent and polite and cater to you as per your liking. I'd definitely recommend going here and talking to Vi. Thanks for making our trip a relaxing and pleasant one. Love ♥️ from India

  The sisters are very friendly! The foot massage is very relaxing. I especially like the shoulder and back massage I also try the shampoo combo, it was also worth the penny. A pleasant experience.

  If you are in Phu Quoc please do yourself a favor and visit the nice ladies here at HaVi Spa & Massage. My husband and I loved the first 90 minute full body massage, we came back 3 days in a row. I had Linh 3 days in a row and she is wonderful. When I first came, she felt a lot of tense in my body and by 3rd day, I can tell myself that my body is so light and feels so good. I feel like a brand new person everyday I leave. On our 3rd day, my husband and I added a facial and it didn’t disappoint as well! Please visit , you will not be upset, they do a phenomenal job for a solid price!!! Thank you HaVi ladies.
