  Highly recommend this place! Prices are good messages are strong enough, staff is super nice. We also got tea and fruits. Head neck back massage was intense, Vietnamese girl was feeling when it’s too strong for me and changed little bit, oil body massage also intense veeery nice. I do not really recommend facial massage as it was too soft , not like kobido

  Good and professional service. For English speakers they are speaking enough for to inform you. And for the other languages there is always a option for translate anyways. We booked for Traditional Vietnam 60 min. It's relaxing and just with enough strength without hurting. Before the treatment they are offering a tasty and nice smelled tea. And after treatment this time with tea a small fruit plate. Overall it's good and if you are nearby strongly suggested.

  Decided to have 3 treatments. Vietnamese massage, full body scrub and facial massage. Massage was okay, I’d recommend some other type of massage. Full body scrub: Do you know the feeling when you take your car in for detailing and get is back after it as “brand new” . That what it felt like. The silky smooth body, good smell and relaxation. Finishing off with relaxing facial massage, what else there is to want in the life. Highly recommend taking at least 3 treatments and making it a day!

  It was a perfect 3 hours at Lotus Spa! I will come back definitely. Vietnamese massage was tough, because too much tension, but I already feel a release. And then combo comfortable ( hair wash) out of this world!!! And the snack afterwards was just spot on.

  The best massage I’ve ever had in my life without exaggeration. My partner and I had a one hour deep tissue massage, and it was absolutely incredible. The therapists were highly professional, knew exactly what they were doing, and made us feel completely relaxed from the first moment. The spa itself is on another level clean, luxurious, calm, and beautifully designed. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and so happy. Truly an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back ❤️

  Best massage we have ever had. Highly recommend, we were also served delicious tea and fresh fruits. The venue was so clean and all the staff were so welcoming and lovely. I had Luan, she was amazing. Definitely coming back here! 10/10

  Honestly one of the best spa experiences I’ve had in Phu Quoc. I came for both waxing and massage treatments, and everything was excellent. The girls were incredibly gentle, attentive and caring about my skin type and overall comfort during the waxing procedure, which I really appreciated. The massage was hands down the best quality massage I tried on the island — professional, strong, and truly therapeutic, not just a “tourist massage”. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the level of service they provide, and honestly, please be kind and tip the therapists generously — they deserve it. The hostess service is simply unmatched. Every time you arrive, they welcome you warmly and offer tea, and after the treatment they serve tea and fresh fruit as well. I honestly haven’t experienced this level of hospitality anywhere else. They also offer: • online booking • hotel pick-up and drop-off • and their warming eye masks are AMAZING. I genuinely want to encourage everyone visiting Phu Quoc to come to Lotus Spa if you want a REAL massage and REAL service experience.
