  "I am currently at oasis spa and I absolutely HAD to write a review while sitting here sipping tea! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was tranquil, clean, and incredibly welcoming. I just finished spa and it was truly one of the best treatments I’ve ever had. They was highly skilled and adjusted the pressure perfectly to my needs. The facilities are spotless and set a wonderful mood. I feel completely pampered and rejuvenated. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, this is it! Highly recommended!"

  Had a great experience here! The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and professional. They paid attention to detail and made sure we were comfortable throughout the appointment. My daughters also had manicures and pedicures, and they absolutely loved them! The staff were so sweet and patient with the kids, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We are all very happy with the results and highly recommend this salon to anyone visiting Phu Quoc.

  My husband and I have been here twice. The first time we came for a 90-minute aromatherapy massage. It was a little unusual that one of the therapists was a young man, but everything went perfectly. The female therapist who worked with me looked tender, but she gave me a very strong and overall phenomenal massage. My lower back pain which had been bothering me for several days after the flight finally went away! 😻 We booked the massage in advance when we arrived at the salon (we live nearby, so we were literally passing by): we paid a deposit when booking. The second time we came here for a basic men's pedicure for my husband and for me to get a pedicure with gel nail polish. Everything was done quickly, the color selection was excellent, the instruments were sterile, but I would still advise the staff to give clients' feet an extra treatment with sanitizer: after all, people come from dusty streets where they wear open shoes. The salon has cheerful dogs who played and yet didn't bark even once. The staff bring a very pleasant drink here and halva, similar to soan papdi. The only tiny thing I didn't really like was the lack of receptionists. When the salon is crowded with clients, the poor receptionist clearly can't attend to them all at once so the owner needs to think about finding an assistant for her. 🫶

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at this nail salon! The place is beautiful, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the smell is fresh and pleasant, which makes the whole visit even better. The service is absolutely excellent — the staff are professional, friendly, and very welcoming. They really pay attention to details and make sure you’re satisfied with the results. What I loved most is that they offer juice and sweets, which is such a nice and thoughtful touch. The location is perfect and easy to reach, and the way they treat customers makes you feel special and relaxed. Overall, everything about this place is excellent: the service, the staff, the location, and the overall experience. I highly recommend this nail salon and will definitely come back again!

  Attentive and great service! However, the staff here couldn't speak much English, but not a big deal for me as I got Google translate. I love the nail art that they do for me. Came here on a Saturday morning with my Sis and we were their first customer on that day. They served some of their local snacks and drinks, which we liked alot. And the staff was kind to give us some to bring back. Overall, we enjoyed our session with them.

  My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. We were welcomed with cold, refreshing drinks while waiting for our services, and there was even a cute puppy that made the visit more enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly sweet and friendly. My husband enjoyed a back massage, manicure, and pedicure, while I got a manicure with nail extensions and nail art. Lumi did my nails and she is exceptionally talented—she perfectly replicated my inspiration design down to the smallest detail. We were also offered refreshments before we left. I highly recommend this place!

  Went back twice during my stay at sunset town. Very good location and amazing service from the staff. Manicure and pedicure were done with sterilised tools for cleanliness. Welcome drinks and desserts were a nice touch. Hair spa made my hair and scalp felt so clean and the hot stone massage was so therapeutic. There were two very friendly poodles who were greeting and hanging out with guests. The staff was very kind to open the curtains to show us the sunset view after we were done with our massage, very impressed with the service!

  The spa itself is lovely and the initial booking attendant was very helpful in getting appointments for my whole family. Unfortunately, that’s where the good experience ended. We felt completely abandoned after check-in. The nail service was particularly frustrating. I specifically requested gum gel nails and selected a custom design, but the artist switched to hard gel without asking, citing they were "in a rush." I also asked for short nails, but she applied them very long. They are impractical and annoying for daily life. The quality is poor: the color is uneven and too light (almost see-through), and there are noticeable gaps near the cuticles. They look and feel unfinished. The biggest letdown was the time vs. value. After spending 4.5 hours in mostly frustrating back-and-forth about the nails, I was too exhausted to even get the foot massage I originally went in for. The place has potential, but the service execution needs significant improvement. I hope the management will reach out to correct this service, as I would like the nails redone properly. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend their nail services. Update: Below reply confirms the core issues in my review: a lack of professionalism, disregard for client requests, and a refusal to take accountability. My review was an honest account of facts: I requested a specific service (gum gel, short length), which was not provided. The result was poor quality with gaps and uneven color. After 4.5 hours, I did not receive the service I originally booked. A professional business would address concerns privately or offer to make things right. Instead, you have chosen to publicly insult a customer. This reaction speaks volumes about the management's attitude toward client satisfaction. I stand by my review. My hope is that this feedback helps future clients make an informed decision and encourages the business to improve its customer service protocols.
