  I had the most beautiful massage experience at Yuju! Very luxurious! I was greeted with a refreshing watermelon juice, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The massage was beautiful and relaxing! I was then served a pot of tea to relax with after the massage. I loved this experience and would come back again! Highly recommend!

  We found Yuju spa on instagram and they absolutely provide the best nail services! Both of my daughters showed them IG pictires of the designs they wanted abd they delivered on point - and these designs weren't easy. They were extremely intricate, but both nail techs pulled them off flawlessly. I also had a gel pedicure along with calluses removal and a foot massage. This was so amazing that I fell asleep and they had to wake me up when it was all done. That's how great it felt! I will definitely be visiting Yuju spa again before I leave. You won't go wrong with any of their services! Everyone here is also very welcoming to all their customers. You even receive a delicious watermelon welcome drink upon arrival; at the start of any of their services. They're simply the best!

  Wow! Quite possibly the best massage experience of my life! I've gotten massages in S. Korea, Nepal, Mexico, and Vietnam, but the wellness full body package at YuJu Spa was by far the strongest, most well-rounded, and overall most relaxing massage/spa experience ever. The facilities there are also so much nicer than ones I've seen before. It's very large with many rooms and staff, and everything felt so clean and well put together. Highly highly recommend!!

  I found a complex offering Spa, Nail, and Cafe Korean style right in the center of Phu Quoc Island. I was very impressed when I came here cuz their service was super nice, the Korean owner warmly welcomed me, staffs were skilled and friendly. I’ll be back here someday soon. Highly recommend this place to everyone ☺️

  Travelling in Vietnam means one thing… daily massages 😬 This place even offered free pick-up and drop-off, which made it even better. Left feeling completely relaxed. Vietnam really knows how to take care of you.

  Don’t get fooled by good reviews! The place is decent but not worth the price and hype, not to mention the Nail Saloon that is not even listed on Google. One of the most expensive and clumsy manicure i ever had, place and instruments used are dirty.

  Don't trust the reviews. 3 of us went and got the 90min special. First we had to pay upfront in cash. The masseuses were not trained at all. I was treated so roughly throughout the whole treatment. Had asked several times to soften, but the technique was not there. Don't trust the reviews. I don't normally leave reviews but feel the need to warn people

  UNSATISFACTORY MASSAGE EXPERIENCE It is truly disappointing that a place with such a welcoming environment for customers would fail so significantly in its service quality and attitude. My friends and I visited for a 60-minute massage session. Initially, the experience seemed promising, as we were greeted with complimentary watermelon juice and asked about our massage preferences. One of my friends specifically requested a masseur with stronger pressure. However, this preference was completely disregarded during the session. Despite repeatedly voicing his concerns to the masseur throughout the process, there was no improvement. After the session, we addressed this issue at the front desk, only to be met with further dissatisfaction. The staff member in the yellow shirt responded with rudeness and arrogance. Instead of addressing our concerns professionally, she dismissed them outright, stating that we should have left at the beginning if we didn’t like the service. This response was both unacceptable and unprofessional. While we acknowledge that there may be skilled masseurs at this establishment, the dismissive and arrogant attitude displayed by this staff member has overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously to ensure better service and customer care in the future.
