  We did the Four Islands Tour with Layla Mermaid, and honestly, it was one of the best experiences we had in Phu Quoc. If you’re looking for a tour that feels personal and almost like a private charter, this is the one to book. Layla was an exceptional host from start to finish. My wife doesn’t know how to swim and was quite nervous about snorkeling, even with a life jacket on. We initially thought she would miss out on the experience altogether. However, Layla went above and beyond she stayed with us the entire time, helping my wife with a floating tube and personally guiding her through the coral reefs and schools of fish at both snorkeling spots. I’ve done snorkeling and island tours before, but this experience was on a completely different level. The attention, care, and personal touch made it feel far more exclusive than a typical group tour. Layla is incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about ensuring everyone has a great experience.   Our Tailor Private 4 Island Escape with Layla was truly one of the most amazing experiences we’ve ever had. From the very beginning, Layla impressed us with her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. She speaks excellent English and even some Mandarin, which made communication effortless and comfortable. But beyond language, it was her constant warm and friendly smile that made the entire journey feel so welcoming and personal. Everything was exceptionally well planned and organized. She personally went to the market to handpick fresh ingredients and seafood for our BBQ dinner — and you could taste the difference. It wasn’t just a tour; it felt thoughtfully curated just for us. The pace of the activities was perfect — never rushed, never exhausting. We had time to enjoy each island fully, soak in the scenery, relax, and truly experience the moment. It was smooth, enjoyable, and incredibly well balanced. There was a small incident where I accidentally left my shoes on the third island. Despite having to prepare our BBQ dinner at the same time, Layla immediately tried her very best to contact people on the island to help locate them. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find them that day. What touched me deeply was this — Layla gave me her own sandals and went home barefoot. And that wasn’t the end of it. The next day, she managed to track down my shoes and personally delivered them to my hotel reception. That level of responsibility, kindness, and dedication is rare. Layla doesn’t just do her job — she genuinely cares. She goes above and beyond in ways that you don’t expect but will never forget. Me and my friend had an absolutely wonderful time, and we are so grateful to have had Layla as our guide. If you’re considering this experience, don’t hesitate.   We booked a private sunset tour for two to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and honestly, it exceeded every expectation we had.   Layla was a great host and we had a lovely time! The snorkeling spots were private and abundant with fish and sea creatures. We were allowed to explore the areas on our own making it extra fun. The included photos and videos turned out better than expected. The BBQ was filling and had a beautiful view of the sunset. We definitely recommend this tour if you’re in the market!

  I don’t usually write reviews but Layla truly deserves one. From the moment we met I felt like I was spending the day with a friend rather than a tour guide. She’s so warm easy to talk to and genuinely cares that everyone has the best time. She took us to beautiful spots gave us plenty of time to enjoy everything and made the whole experience feel relaxed and unforgettable. Her positive energy honestly made the trip even more special. Thank you Layla for such an incredible day. If I ever come back to Phu Quoc I’ll definitely book with you again. I couldn’t recommend you more

  We had the most amazing day with Layla. She was a wonderful and thoughtful host, taking us to uncrowded places, guiding us to picturesque islands with great snorkeling, even showing us which parts had the most fish and coral. She thought of everything, from fresh towels for us after the snorkeling to beautifully presented fruit snacks. She then laid on a fresh seafood dinner in a secluded location with fabulous sunset views to end the day. I would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and wanting to get away from the crowds. Thank you so much Layla x

  We can totally recommend the Four islands tour by Layla Mermaid! It includes snorkeling, swimming and a amazing lunch prepared by Layla and her Team. Special thanks go to Layla, who made this whole experience trully special. She is an incredible person-full of energije, passion and positive vibes, very knowledgeable and her english is excellent. She tailors the trip to your wishes, age and needs, so everyone can enjoy it in theor on way. We spet an unforgettable day with her, full of laughter and great moments. Thank you Layla, we hope to meet again someday! Six friends feom Slovenia!

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely fantastic experience on Phu Quoc! We were a group of four and joined a tour with Layla Mermaid Tours, and it was without a doubt one of the highlights of our trip. Layla is an outstanding guide – always in a great mood, extremely knowledgeable, and speaking excellent English. She created a relaxed, safe, and very personal atmosphere throughout the day. The snorkeling was amazing, with crystal-clear water, beautiful coral reefs, and plenty of exotic fish. The boat drivers were professional and made us feel completely safe at all times. The tour ended with a delicious, private meal at sunset, just for our group – intimate, peaceful, and incredibly memorable. Everything felt well-organized, exclusive, and genuinely thoughtful. Highly recommended and absolutely worth the money!
