  We booked our Phu Quoc itinerary with Nay because we wanted a fully customized and tailored experience for our group. I found her through Google Maps, and from the start she was incredibly helpful in planning everything according to our needs. She arranged all our tickets for VinWonders, the safari, Symphony of the Sea, Kiss of the Sea, and also handled all transportation seamlessly. Her communication was always clear, and she gave thoughtful suggestions on what to include and what to skip, which made a big difference in optimizing our trip. One of the highlights was the 4-island tour on a private boat, where she accompanied us. It was truly the best experience. She brought along her GoPro, took amazing photos, and guided us through snorkeling. She made sure each member of our group had a chance to enjoy snorkeling comfortably, capturing beautiful underwater moments for everyone. There was also a moment during the Symphony of the Sea show when our grandmother couldn’t walk all the way. Despite everything being pre-booked, Nay kindly refunded our tickets, which really showed her honesty and care. She even brought speakers in the van so we could enjoy music during our rides, adding a fun and personal touch to the experience. Overall, Nay is an exceptional guide—someone who genuinely cares about creating memorable experiences rather than just earning money. Highly recommended!

  Definitely 5 stars !!!⭐️ We had an absolutely amazing day in Phúc Công, Vietnam, and so much of it was thanks to our incredible guide, Soma. After a week of slowing down and disconnecting, Soma guided us into nature in the most thoughtful and peaceful way. From paddling along a beautiful river, to learning fascinating things about bees and their essential role in nature at a local bee farm, every moment felt intentional and meaningful. He took us to a stunning island with a quiet beach where we saw starfishes, relaxed, and enjoyed delicious tropical fruits like dragon fruit, mango, guava, bananas, and pineapple. Lunch by the sea was unforgettable — fresh seafood and fish shared with locals, followed by time to truly rest and enjoy the moment. We also visited a pepper farm, where Soma explained the difference between white and black pepper while walking through the plantations. His knowledge, humility, and kindness made the entire experience special. What truly sets Soma apart is his energy — calm, genuine, and deeply connected to the place and the people. We connected so naturally that he even invited us to join his yoga class the next day, which says a lot about the kind of person he is.

  I can’t emphasize enough how amazing Nay was. She showed us around the amazing northern island where we relaxed on a star fish beach, ate fresh fruits, learned about how peppercorn is grown, saw the bee farm, went kayaking to see a shrine as well. We ended the night with a dinner on the ocean where a floating restaurant cooked for us. Nay brought us fresh fruits and really planned everything out so that we didn’t have to worry about anything but was able to learn so much of the Vietnamese culture and beauty of Phu Quoc

  Me and my partner booked a tour for the North of Phu Quoc island. We’ve both agreed it was the best tour we’ve ever done. Soma was our tour guide and he was so friendly, fun and thoughtful throughout. Not only did he take us to incredible places, he took beautiful photos of us the whole day. He let us take our time at every spot and obviously has great relationships with people all over the island. We did kayaking along a gorgeous river with a cold coconut afterwards, visited a pepper farm and bee farm (surprisingly sooo fun and Soma shared loads of interesting info), swam at starfish island and then had lunch at a floating restaurant. It was so serene and the food was DELICIOUS. Usually tours take you to places to buy things and can feel a bit forced but that didn’t happen at all here. Incredible day and would recommend to any friends visiting Phu Quoc!

  Excellent service by Nay! Nay arranged the trip for our family of 17pax while we were in Phu Quốc. She was attentive to details and definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She even accomadated our ladt. Min request and changes. Highly recommend to engage Nice tours if you are at Phu Quoc.

  Amazing experience with Nice Tours Phu Quoc, we enjoyed too much the snorkeling and small fishing to the south by speedboat, Tour guide helped is to click many nice photos and we feel very pleasant with his service from start to end the trip. highly recommend island hopping trip in Phu Quoc with Nice Tours.

  Ms. Nice is a beautiful human being very knowledgeable and helpful. She strikes the right balance on guiding and allowing for independent time to tour. It was like meeting an old friend. We went to Aquatopia where she introduced us to authentic dishes at the buffet after a day riding all the water rides. We went on a boat cruise for fishing and snorkeling and a wonderful lunch prepared by the captain and crew. She took us to a pepper farm and was so informative on all things pepper. Not only do we highly recommend Ms. Nice but we would use her services again.

  very good organiser. Nay arranged the trip for our family with 3 days while we are in Phu Quốc. the snorkeling trip is amazing, our kids love the coral reef in Gam Ghi island and lots of fish in Buom island. We love experience of fishing with captain T, he is very helpful and friendly. the trip to beefarm and starfish is wonderful. Kids are happy to know more about bee happy and starfish in beautiful phuquoc nature. Highly recommend the tripbb
