  Nhân viên nhiệt tình, book vé show thôi nhưng chỉ cho mình câch lấy bàn sát biển như mong muốn. Cảm ơn bạn sale trên Page rất nhiều

  Chuyến đi Phú Quốc lần này rất hài lòng. Khuyến khích mọi người đi tour đảo, nước biển trong xanh (lưu ý chống say tàu trước khi lên Cano). Lặn biển kiểu Snorkeling hơi bị ghiền vì cận cảnh xem từng loại san hô. À đợt này nhà mình book tour bên Plan To Travel, HDV nhiệt tình, các bạn chụp ảnh đẹp, dth. ^^

  Tổng thể trải nghiệm tạm, các bạn HDV rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách tốt trong suốt chuyến đi. Tuy nhiên, mình muốn góp ý về bữa ăn trưa trong tour. Chất lượng đồ ăn rất kém, một số món có dấu hiệu không còn tươi, canh cá ươn ình, mùi hôi, mực bở, tôm ốc thì đc hơn xíu, trái cây khô giống như đã để tủ lạnh từ rất lâu ko ăn đc. Ý kiến cá nhân tôi, ko cần thực đơn quá nhiều món, chỉ cần 1-2 món đơn giản nhưng tươi và ăn được là khách đã hài lòng rồi. Ví dụ như một bữa cơm bình dân với 1 món mặn và canh đơn giản cũng ổn, miễn là đồ ăn đảm bảo chất lượng. Hy vọng công ty có thể xem lại phần nhà hàng trong tour để cải thiện trải nghiệm cho khách trong tương lai, vì những phần còn lại của chuyến đi đều khá tốt. Thanks

  We planned 4 island trip with plan your travel. The tour was highly disappointing. First of all they started the tour late and wasted 2 hrs on the way picking up tourists or waiting for their own people. We were given time of 7:50am, were picked at 8:20 and reached harbour at 10:30am For entire tour they rushed us and experience was highly compromised because they had to complete the tour by 4:20pm The tour guide was never with us and we felt lost.. The snorkeling experience was worst. There left us at a point and no one was there to guide.

  We booked a jeep tour in Phu Quoc, which was unfortunately a complete disappointment. The only positive aspects were the friendly tour guide and driver, as well as the food on the water. Everything else was absolutely terrible. The guide didn't know much about the island, as he had only been there for a few weeks. In addition, his English skills were not very good, so he had to translate some things on his phone. The worst part of the tour was that he drove us from one sales stand to the next – we had to pay extra for admission and food. Considering that the tour cost around 2,000,000 dong per person, it was not worth it at all. The snake farm, where we had to pay 100,000 dong per person, consisted of animals (some of which didn't look very well) locked up in small cages. We didn't even visit Starfish Beach because you have to pay a lot for the boat trip to the beach and we didn't want to support this starfish business (starfish laid out on the beach, some of them dead). We therefore cut the tour short 2 hours before the end because we'd had enough. Overall, the jeep tour is not recommended at all. Save your money and explore the island yourself.
