  We did a private tour with Brian, and it was an amazing experience! The island has so much to offer — we especially loved visiting the pagoda, the views from the cable car, and the pepper farm. Highly recommend and would absolutely go again! Brian was a huge highlight for us. He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything we visited and made the whole trip much more engaging. On top of that, he was very friendly, easy to talk to, and just genuinely fun to spend the day with, which made the experience even more special. Thanks again, Brian!

  I joined the Red River Tour on 29.12.2025 for a four-island trip, and it was a great experience. On two of the islands we went snorkeling, and on one island I paid extra for the sea-walking activity, where you can walk on the sea floor using a special helmet. It was really good fun and something unique. On the last island, we enjoyed dinner and had free time to relax, which was a nice way to end the day. The tour guides were top class—pickup and drop-off were perfectly on time, and the service was excellent throughout the tour. Overall, the tour fully met my expectations, and I would happily recommend Red River Tour to others.

  i went on the 8 hour deep sea fishing tour. It was a little hard to get it organised because the tour requires 2 people to go, luckily someone did join last minute. Special thanks to Duyen from the office who answered all my questions really quickly day and night. The tour it self was great. When we went out on the water we quickly picked up some bait and were off. we had a light breakfast and some coffee before we arrived at the first spot. the crew and our tour guide Tam definitely knew what they where doing because in the first 15 minutes we landed a couple small bass and a beautiful trevally. At the next spot we caught multiple Barracudas that were around 2-4kg, also more trevally, small red snappers. At the last spot i even hooked a pufferfish. the tackle we used was recreational but definitely got the job done. The crew prepared the lunch, including the freshly caught fish and after lunch we went back to the harbour. i had a great day and recommend this trip to anyone that loves to fish of wants to get out on the water.

  Excellent guides and tour organization. A guide picked you up from your hotel by bus in the morning. Transfer to the pier. We went on a boat and stopped at islands for snorkeling. They prepared a delicious lunch of fresh seafood and chicken right on the boat. In the evening, we were returned to the hotel by bus. The entire tour cost only $28. A wonderful experience.

  Shelby made the tour so wonderful. He was professional and super kind. The tour was amazing that we had a lot of fun during our family trip. The islands were beautiful and we did snorkeling for two times. The snorkeling was held in the middle of the sea, not the beach area so you should not have fear of deep water if you want to do snorkeling of this tour. Also the lunch was great even tho on the boat

  We joined the full-day tour with Red River Tours Phu Quoc, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment the tour began until the very end, Zoe and her entire team made us feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for. What impressed me most was not only how well-organized the tour was, but how much heart Zoe puts into what she does. She is incredibly kind, humble, patient, and attentive. Despite managing so many things behind the scenes, she always took the time to check on us, especially our children, making sure everyone was comfortable, happy, and having the best possible experience. As a mother travelling with an 8-year-old and a 2-year-old, safety is always my biggest concern. Zoe and her team went above and beyond to ensure we were well looked after throughout the day. Their professionalism gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to relax and simply enjoy the experience. The highlights for our family were definitely the water activities and the two snorkeling sessions. Our children absolutely loved every moment of it. Seeing their excitement, laughter, and wonder throughout the day made this trip truly unforgettable. It is not always easy to find tours that are genuinely family-friendly, especially with a toddler, but Red River Tours made it feel effortless. What makes Red River special is the trust they inspire. By the end of the day, it felt like we were spending time with friends rather than being customers on a tour. That is a reflection of Zoe’s leadership, warmth, and dedication to creating meaningful experiences for families. Thank you, Zoe, and your wonderful team, for giving our family such precious memories. We will treasure them for a long time.
