  ​The itinerary was well-paced, the views were stunning, and the vibe was 10/10. It’s rare to find a tour where the guides are just as memorable as the locations themselves, but Tracy and Tung nailed it!

  Hi I did 2 tours with Rooty Trip. 1/23/2026 Kiss Bridge and Sunset Town and 1/25/2026 VinWonders and Grand World tour. Alice a staff member at the office explained all the tours and helped me book the 2 I was interested in at the office. She also followed up with getting more information for travel insurance. Jake and Duc Linh the 2 guides made a point to contact me on WhatsApp the day before and the day of the tour to confirm. They both went over the itinerary and gave other insights on the tour. If you are planning a local tour I highly recommend this company. Very professional service. Ralph

  Together with my boyfriend we took 3island trip with Rooty trip. The whole experience was really great and we enjoyed it very much. The day was also amazing thanks to our guide Tracy, she was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely reccomend booking with Rooty trip and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have Tracy as your tour guide as well :)

  We booked the Cano Island tour with Rooty Trip (Hòn Mây Rút – Móng Tay – Gầm Ghì) and honestly it was one of the best experiences we had in Phu Quoc! From start to finish, everything was well-organized. The guides were super friendly, fun, and spoke clearly, making everyone feel comfortable. They helped us take photos (even flycam shots 😍) and made sure we had beautiful pictures at every stop — no need to worry about posing, they got you! We felt very taken care of from the hotel pickup to drop off. The whole tour was smooth, relaxed, and just fun. If you are in Phu Quoc, I 100% recommend Rooty Trip.

  My tour guide name Minh. He was super friendly and attentive. He gave a private tour and it was very affordable. This trip would cost me only 1/5 of my trip to Phuket. This place for sure is a hidden gem. I highly recommend.

  On 21/11 i had a wonderful trip (private tour) with Mr Teo and the team. The trip was phenomenal and the all the staff on the trip is very nice. Thank you so much for the memorable experience l, we love the trip so much!

  Pros: • The tour guide was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable about Phú Quốc. • They helped book hotels and restaurants with beautiful sea views. Cons: • My consultant didn’t remind me to go to Terminal 3 instead of Terminal 2. Tourists visiting Vietnam wouldn’t know the difference. I went to the wrong place and had to pay an extra 200k VND for a taxi. • One guide kept urging me multiple times to rent an electric bike through them. Their rental place was at the bottom of a hill, about 800m from my hotel, while there was a rental shop right next to my hotel. When I said I’d pick up the bike from the parking area behind the hotel, the rental staff didn’t even know about it, so I had to go to their place to return the bike and then walk back to the hotel. • Also, because I trusted the guide’s advice that renting a bike would allow parking at the restaurant, we rode from the hotel to the restaurant but were stopped by a security guard due to restrictions on private vehicles after 5 PM. We had to park at the foot of the hill and take a shuttle bus to the restaurant. The guide kept pushing us to rent the electric bike but never mentioned the restriction on vehicles during peak hours after 5 PM! • After watching the fireworks, around 10:30 PM, we returned to the parking area and couldn’t find the security guard or our bike! When we parked, no one gave us a ticket or any instructions, and when we came back, no one was there. Luckily, some attendants had moved the bike to a nearby local security station, and we eventually found it after searching around. Otherwise, we would have thought it was stolen! Honestly, renting the electric bike just made everything more troublesome. This tour costs tens of millions VND per person—it’s not cheap, yet the experience was quite stressful, especially thinking we lost the bike! Overall: I hope Rooty improves these downsides. The service and scenery in Phú Quốc are otherwise very good and beautiful.

  2 Stars – Saved by the drone photos, but logistics and communication need improvement ​The 3 islands trip suposed to be beautiful and the free drone photos/videos were a great bonus, which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. However, the organization was quite disappointing and 3 islands became just 2 island trip. ​Long transit: Pick up at 7:40 AM, but reached the 1st island only at 9:50 AM due to a forced stop at a Pearl Farm ( optional without any option) to wait for another bus. ​Communication fail: Just 5 minutes after landing on the 2nd island, the guide asked about snorkeling. It wasn't explained that this was the only way to see the 3rd island. Because we stayed on the beach, we missed 1/3 of the tour. ​Timing: We were already heading back around 3:00 PM.
