  I visited this place a few times years ago, and back then the staff seemed really arrogant and unwilling to help. Today I went with my wife and honestly, I was a bit nervous about coming back, haha. But no – something has definitely changed! Everyone was extremely friendly, gave us great advice, and got everything done in just 10 minutes. I’m really impressed! Thank you for everything.

  ⭐ 1 Star – Poor Experience with general immigration office which does not speak English We had a very frustrating experience with Phu Quoc Airport immigration and the visa head office. In the morning, we were denied entry to Vietnam because my partner didn’t have a visa. Our flight was 7:30am However, later that same day, 6:30pm we were suddenly allowed to enter under the exact same conditions which makes no sense. To make worse, the head of the visa office does not speak English, which is shocking at an international airport. We were left confused, with no clear instructions, and felt completely unsupported. Traveler's deserve clear, consistent rules and staff who can communicate in English — especially in such critical departments like immigration, they just translate using chat gpt making it nearly impossible to understand what was happening or what we were supposed to do. head office immi don’t speak English so frustrating

  Unfortunately the people there are bruttaly rude and will try to scam you with any possible way. I had got the 3-month visa for vietnam but they didnt let me go to the mainland, instaed they gave me a card (maybe their card?) of a company who issues 'special' visas (100 euro) for tourists going to the mainland rom Phu Quoc...it is my first and last time in this country, they should respect tourists more...

  There is no Visa Exception to this Island. Vietnam Airlines wouldn't let us board and wouldn't give us a refund, Citing we needed a Vietnam Visa to enter the Island!
