  We highly recommend your hotel. Our 6-day stay comes to an end today, and it has been a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. All of your staff have been so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. My husband's birthday celebration was especially memorable and a great success because of your thoughtful efforts. Not only did you surprise us with a birthday cake once, but twice! A special thank you to Mr. Kim, Mr. Linh, and Jenny for helping me create such a wonderful surprise for my husband. Their kindness and attention to detail made the celebration truly special and unforgettable. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Ms. My for kindly offering us a complimentary late check-out extension today. It was a thoughtful gesture that we greatly appreciated. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely recommend your hotel to our family and friends and hope to visit again in the future.

  What an absolutely incredible stay! From the very first moment until check-out, everything was simply perfect. The service was outstanding, and every single staff member was extremely friendly, attentive, caring and highly professional. You can really feel how well trained the team is, and everyone spoke very good English, which made the entire experience even more comfortable and welcoming. We stayed in the suite on the second floor, and the room was absolutely beautiful — very spacious, stylishly designed and perfectly maintained. Housekeeping was exceptional: the room was cleaned multiple times a day, fresh water was always refilled, the bed was beautifully made, and every evening we even received a lovely little good-night surprise with two cookies and a kind message. Upon arrival, the bed was also wonderfully decorated, which made us feel very special and warmly welcomed. The entire hotel and resort area were spotless, extremely clean and very well maintained. Everywhere you looked, you could see the attention to detail and the high standards of the hotel. One moment we will especially remember was our visit to the Thai restaurant inside the resort. My girlfriend and I absolutely love Pad Kra Pao, but unfortunately it was not on the menu. However, after we asked about it, the kitchen specially prepared it just for us — and it was absolutely delicious. This perfectly shows how much the staff truly care about their guests and go above and beyond to fulfill every wish. This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. Everything from A to Z was first class. Highest compliments to the entire team — we would recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Phu Quoc!

  Absolutely loved this hotel. Everything was clean, the room was comfortable, and the facilities were extremely well maintained. What stood out the most was the staff — everyone was friendly, smiling, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Another highlight was the beautiful little touches, like the bed decorations and welcome desserts, which made us feel truly special and showed how much they care about their guests’ experience and wellbeing. The breakfast was delicious, and having it with an ocean view and the sea breeze felt like a dream. Such a memorable stay — I would definitely recommend this hotel.

  Loved our stay at this hotel. The staff are wonderful, helpful and very friendly. Rooms were made up promptly . Brach front and pool were amazing. Great food at restaurants and one of the best breakfasts we have had. So many options and well looked after by the head chef. The pool Bar was great with a nice happy hour. And our barman Victor was very attentive . The front office was run very well with Ms My thank you for everything

  Great resort! Amazing location! The food is amazing and well priced! The breakfast is great with so many choices and perfectly prepared! The staff are all incredible, so kind and helpful! I came here to spend my 30th birthday, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay amazing! Shoutout to some of the Staff Paul, Clara, My and Minh! I highly recommend!!!

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The space is beautiful, airy, and very clean—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever I needed anything. I was especially impressed with our tour guide named Teddy. He was very kind, cheerful, and enthusiastic. He introduced us to many fun and interesting places, which made my trip much more enjoyable.

The service was excellent throughout my stay, and all the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thanks to Manager Viet and staff member My for their outstanding hospitality and attentive service. They truly made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and was delicious. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The pool was amazing, and the beach view was absolutely beautiful. Overall, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Looking forward to staying here again! 😊🏖️✨

  We booked a sea view room and it was fantastic. The staff were polite and the breakfast was incredible with loads of options. 1 star reduced for service since they didn’t allow us to have breakfast after being late by just a few minutes and the lack of food options available in the room service menu. The view and the private beach was incredible though. Was expensive but overall was worth it for our honeymoon ✨
