  We stayed as a family of 5 end of April 2026 and all of use enjoyed our stay very much! The rooms were beautiful and the gardens very well maintained and absolutely stunning. The staff was all very friendly and absolutely tried their best. The breakfast was amazing and the dinner was very tasty! The location is far off, but we enjoy the quietness very much and it is easy to rent a scooter. The kids enjoyed kayaking, snorkelling and the gym - the yoga classes were well instructed and the SPA was amazing! We enjoyed several treatments and the spa area is a place of calm and beauty, with skilled therapists. Many areas of the hotel seemed to be brand new, as many areas got renovated just recently and one part is getting renovated at the moment, but it was so well coordinated that we hardly noticed any of the renovation work going on. We can absolutely recommend this little paradise and are very much looking forward to spending more holidays here.

  Can I give it 8 stars? Our beach front villa with its own pool was simply top notch. A few meters to the sandy beach which was cleaned meticulously several times a day. The walk to breakfast along the beach was just lovely. The setting is superb. The staff were exceptional throughout. Somehow we had free laundry included which we were delighted with. The two gyms (weights in one and cardio in the other) were very well appointed. We availed ourselves of the spa twice - incredible Vietnamese massages. Loads of options for food and drink (though we’d like more non-alcohol options like 0% beer and less sugary mocktails). Our pool was cleaned and tested daily and was a massive luxury. The bar/bistro was epic for sunset cocktails. Overall, faultless.

  We have loved everything at this resort. The setting is amazing with a pristine private beach, whilst the rooms are very thoughtfully placed amongst the trees. We had a pool villa that was stunning. Spotlessly clean, a huge amount of space and a super comfy bed. We chose to eat at the resort and the food was fantastic. Yes it’s slightly more expensive than Vietnamese street food but so much cheaper than other any resort we’ve stayed in around the world. Great value for the special location. I must mention the staff who could not have been more helpful and made our stay one to remember. A special mention to Chau and Emma who were fantastic. Chau was very professional and offered great suggestions. The communication from Emma on WhatsApp before we arrived and during our stay was exceptional. Something other hotels should follow. If you’re looking for a luxury holiday at a very reasonable price then this resort is for you. Overall we could not be happier here and will definitely come back.

  😊: This resort is exceptional. The villa, proximities to the beach and the food was 10/10 with every option of breakfast you can think of. Staff very tentative and friendly. We hired a scooter for the week as you can’t really walk anywhere, as bike novices the roads were quiet so could nip to the shop if needed. They also offer a free shuttle to the nearest town.. 😢: Nothing.

  Great, spacious 3 bedroom villa. Beautiful location. Exceptional staff - welcoming and helpful. Yoga every morning was a highlight!!! Spa treatments were great. Downsides were that the villa kitchen was not functional (no oven, microwave or stove) and 2 of the 3 restaurants were closed (they did tell us in advance). Overall it was relaxing and rejuvenating. Kids were amused with toys etc - but no active kids club (just a club room) - but ours were too old for that anyway. Gym was well appointed

  Another year in Green Bay – top-notch service, very clean and eco-friendly, delicious food, and a peaceful atmosphere. No noisy groups, great gym. Clean beach and pools right by the sea with beautiful views. Sounds of nature 24/7. Just relax and unwind at the hotel – no loud trips to crowded tourist spots. Very reasonable price for a week with lunches, dinners at the hotel, and spa access. There's a large supermarket, Z-Mart, nearby. Our 9-year-old loved it (there’s also a kids' room, you can rent games for the room – highly recommend Atomic Kittens). Overall, this is our second time here and we are very happy. Two restaurants – both excellent, romantic atmosphere in the evening by the sea, candles. I think you won't regret it.

  The room was absolutely stunning and I love how wooden-coded it is. It's also very clean and well-prepared. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, always do a daily check up on our condition. The food was fine, but the breakfast buffet amazed us with TONS of different cuisines. Their services are top-notch! MUST TRY GUYS!

  An exquisite oasis on Phu Quoc Island. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed, clean, white, wood, spacious and private. Large indoor bathroom also amd ourdoor shower and outdoor large bathtub! The landscaping is beautiful and very well maintained, a large vegetable and herb garden servicing the kitchen, a beautiful large lotus pond full of huge pink blooms. We saw snake, frogs, kingfishers, crabs, sea eagles, fantastic. There are two beautiful pools, both infinity which feels like you are swimming into the horizon of the blus ocean in front of you. Pool staff were excellent, attentive with food, beverages, towels, canoes, and snorkellling gear! |The buffet breakfast was incredible and delicious, a huge variety of western and Vietnamese dishes. Complimentary afternoon tea was also large selection of savoury and sweet canapé sized dishes, western and Vietnamese. Delicious cocktails watching the sunset and then am extensive, delicious Vietnamese menu. One of our party is a coeliac and the waiting staff, particularly Jessica, and kitchen chefs couldn’t have been more helpful in accommodating her needs, cooking gluten free pancakes, altering dishes for her, much appreciated. The food and beverage manager was most attentive and helpful to us as well. |The spa is heaven. You must go and have the three day experience. The skill and care of the spa staff is amazing, we thought they were all excellent, I only got the names of two members of staff, Tram Anh and Phuong who were fantastic. The treatment rooms, the products and the services were absolutely five star. We felt 10 years younger after our treatments!|We would thoroughly recommend Green Bay resort as a luxury resort to unwind, rest and relax.
