  We had such a lovely time at InterContinental Phú Quốc! The resort is perfect for families with little ones, there are so many fun activities to enjoy, and the food was absolutely delicious. What really made our stay special was the amazing staff. Everyone was so kind and helpful, always making sure we felt comfortable. A huge thank you to Mr. Đức, Mr. An, and Mr. Tuấn from the pool rescue team; your warmth, care, and support for the kids meant so much to us. You made our holiday feel safe and joyful. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and family friendly getaway!

  Everything is great about the hotel and the service and the staff!! Love the sea shack- they accommodated my vegan food request beautifully and what yummy food! Their roof top bar - INK 360 drinks are amazing! Service everywhere is great. Linh at INK 360 is awesome! What service and she totally took care of us! Their swimming pool is amazing, beach is fanstastic! Love the place will def come back to them.

  I came here for a massage, body scrub, and facial as part of my birthday retreat, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. A special thank you to Tram and Vy, who took care of us throughout the entire session. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and soothing touch made the experience incredibly relaxing. I was so comfortable that I wished I never had to wake up. It has been a long time since I felt this relaxed, refreshed, and truly cared for. Thank you as well to Kim for coordinating everything seamlessly. From the transportation between the hotel and the spa, to the registration process and the journey back, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and made my birthday retreat even more memorable. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly relaxing and therapeutic spa experience.

  We stayed at InterContinental Phu Quoc to celebrate our family anniversary, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. This was my second visit to Phu Quoc but my first stay at InterContinental. What stood out the most was the dedication and friendliness of the staff. I would especially like to thank BER at the check-in counter, as well as DiDi, DKAY, and NGA at Umi & Sora. Although I do not remember the names of all the housekeeping staff, their hard work, sincerity, and willingness to help were evident throughout our stay. Some of the highlights of our stay were: • Friendly and welcoming staff throughout the resort. • Impeccable room condition—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. • Outstanding breakfast with a great variety of high-quality dishes. • Beautiful swimming pools that were perfect for relaxing with family. • beautiful front beach - Long beach After spending time around Phu Quoc, I understand that English communication skills across the island are still developing, and I occasionally encountered similar situations at the hotel. However, the team's positive attitude and genuine hospitality more than made up for it. The only disappointment was that the check-in process was delayed by about two hours compared to what had been communicated prior to my arrival. That said, this was only a minor setback in an otherwise excellent stay. Thank you to the entire team for helping make our family anniversary memorable. I look forward to returning to InterContinental Phu Quoc in the future :)

  Kim and Thao were very welcoming and helpful before and after the massage. Their service was exceptional. I had Lam to do my massage and she was amazing. The pressure was perfect and never was I in any discomfort and she made sure of that. I always love coming here when I visit this resort. The spa here always makes you feel so welcomed and I always walk out feeling like I am walking on clouds :)

  Simply outstanding five star everything and incredible value for money. It’s not often that I recommend Club access but this is absolutely worth it. The club lounge and especially its pool really is my favourite pool anywhere in the world. It has lots of shade, peaceful and quiet and the pool stays cool even on the hottest of days. The service is simply charming and the Team so caring and sensitive to our needs. We had a gorgeous suite with balcony overlooking the gardens on the second floor and this Orford beautiful sea view, cool breeze and again lots of shade and privacy. The Hotel offers everything including a vast selection of restaurants and the main breakfast buffet is just almost overwhelming with so many options. But honestly if you love the quiet side of life, pay the extra and use the club lounge facilities. Thanks to the GM GiGi and the whole team for really delivering wonderful heartfelt luxury & hospitality.

  We had an amazing stay at InterContinental Phu Quoc, and one of the highlights of our trip was celebrating a birthday at Lava restaurant. The resort itself is beautiful, with stunning ocean views, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff throughout the resort were warm, professional, and always eager to help. Our birthday dinner at Lava was truly memorable. We enjoyed the seasonal tasting menu, which was exceptionally well-prepared and beautifully presented. Every course was delicious and showcased the freshness and quality of the ingredients. A special thank you to Thuong, who provided outstanding service throughout the evening. His attentiveness, friendliness, and attention to detail made the celebration even more special. He went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful dining experience and created lasting memories for the occasion. Thank you to the entire InterContinental Phu Quoc team for making our birthday celebration so memorable. We highly recommend both the resort and Lava restaurant to anyone visiting Phu Quoc and look forward to returning in the future. This version reads naturally as a hotel review while giving special recognition to Lava and Thuong.

  Really quaint and lovely resort which is just the right size without having to walk too much from room to pools or beach. Tbh, as online reviews go, Housekeeping is really meh, despite best efforts. Resort credit for meals is a good deal. There is a marina with good local dishes 5 minutes along the beachside walk, which we really recommend. Really accessible via grab. Food was good. Overall recommend if you are not absolutely anal about hygiene.
