  My stay at La Festa Hotel in Sunset Town was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the sense of luxury and attention to detail in the hotel’s décor stood out. The interiors are elegant yet welcoming, creating a refined atmosphere that immediately sets the tone for a relaxing getaway. The service was consistently attentive, with staff going above and beyond to ensure comfort. Special thanks to Chi, Hiro, and Huan, whose professionalism and warmth made the experience even more enjoyable. As a member, I was delighted by the privileges offered: a complimentary room upgrade to a panoramic ocean view, where I could even watch fireworks from the balcony; early check‑in and late checkout; free tickets to the Kiss of the Sea show; and a complimentary dinner at Seta Restaurant. These thoughtful benefits added immense value to the stay. Food and beverage options were excellent. Breakfast at The Merchant was varied and satisfying, while drinks and snacks at iL Salone provided a perfect way to unwind. The only downsides were the presence of too many ants on the balcony and the lack of a proper designated smoking area near the main building. Overall, La Festa Hotel combines luxury, great service, and generous member benefits, making it one of the best choices in Phu Quoc.

  We had a wonderful stay at La Festa Phu Quoc. The hotel is beautiful, the location is excellent, and the atmosphere is truly special. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the front desk team for their warm welcome, professionalism, and helpful assistance throughout our stay. Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.(CHI,NHI,AUDREY,TUAN and JAY) A special thank you also to the restaurant team. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the staff were always friendly and welcoming. We especially enjoyed our dining experience and appreciated the excellent hospitality.   If you're planning a trip to Phu Quoc and wondering where to stay, my answer is simple: La Festa Hotel in Sunset Town. First of all, where else can you enjoy one of the best views of the fireworks every single night? Not once, but twice nightly. By the end of our stay, I think I had enough fireworks to last me for the entire year! The views from the hotel are simply spectacular, especially overlooking the iconic Kiss Bridge and Sunset Town. One of the biggest perks of staying here is the complimentary tickets to the Symphony of the Sea show. Watching the combination of fireworks, water performances, lights, and music against the backdrop of the ocean was truly unforgettable. The breakfast was another pleasant surprise. As a Hilton Gold member, we were able to enjoy breakfast at Finca instead of the regular buffet restaurant. The food selection was excellent, and the service was even better. The team was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our dining experience enjoyable. The hotel also provides thoughtful touches such as complimentary sun hats and beach bags for guests to use during their stay, which came in very handy while exploring the island. We also tried the spa, and it was fantastic. The facilities were beautiful, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the service was top notch. From the location and views to the hospitality and amenities, La Festa exceeded our expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. If I return to the island, I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

  My husband and I are both Hilton Honors Diamond Members, and we would like to sincerely thank La Festa Hilton Phu Quoc for such an incredible and memorable stay. We stayed for 3 nights and were delighted to receive a beautiful suite upgrade. The room had an absolutely stunning view, and being able to enjoy the fireworks every night from our suite made the experience even more magical. What impressed us the most was the outstanding hospitality from all the staff. Everyone was so kind, attentive, professional, and genuinely caring throughout our stay. The level of service and attention we received truly exceeded our expectations and made us feel very welcomed and valued. Thank you again to the entire team at La Festa Hilton Phu Quoc for making our vacation so special. We are extremely impressed and will definitely be returning again in the near future.

  I had a wonderful stay at La Festa Phu Quoc—truly one of the highlights of my trip. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a charming Italian-inspired style that makes you feel like you’ve been transported to Italy. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Sunset Town and within walking distance of all the nearby attractions, making it very convenient to explore the area. We tried most of the restaurants and bars in the hotel and really enjoyed the food and beverages—everything was consistently excellent. What stood out most, however, was the service. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was watching the fireworks every night, either from our balcony or at one of the hotel bars—it added a very special touch to the overall experience. Overall, it was a luxurious and memorable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. It’s definitely a must-stay in Sunset Town.

  We recently stayed at Le Festa Phu Quoc and had a very enjoyable experience overall. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was clean, well-appointed, and offered a wonderful view of the nightly fireworks, which we truly enjoyed. We did encounter some issues during check-in and with the breakfast queuing process initially. However, after raising these concerns with hotel management on our second morning, the issues were addressed promptly and effectively, making the remainder of our stay very pleasant. While we do not expect special or preferential treatment, we sincerely appreciated the care, attention, and professionalism shown by the management team—particularly Linh, the Reception Manager, and Phuc, the Food & Beverage Manager. Their approach reflected the high service standards we associate with the Hilton brand. We commend Linh and Phuc for their excellent service and thank the team for making our stay at Le Festa Phu Quoc such a positive one. We would happily recommend the hotel to others and wish the team continued success. We look forward to staying at Le Festa at our next visit to Phu Quoc. Thank you.

  The Good: Beautiful property, great location in Sunset Town, excellent and spacious suite rooms, and an awesome top-floor pool with dual-pool access for suite guests. The general customer service was pleasant and well-intentioned. Birthday cake was offered in our room for my daughter- extremely kind gesture by staff The Bad: There is a mismatch between Hilton’s website bookings and front-desk execution. Our suite package promised breakfast, high tea, cocktail hour, dinner, and a nightcap at Fresco. Instead, we faced endless confusion. We were initially given an inadequate meal plan of 25 M among four of us for three nights which I felt was not adequate and later, a single meal voucher where four people had to share one pre-selected starter and main course for all four of us. This was impossible for our family due to strict dietary restrictions (vegan, seafood allergy, and other food allergies). We felt like we were asking for handouts for a package we paid for in advance. Furthermore, the breakfast menu never changed during our three-night stay, service was good but language barriers were frequent. The Concerning: We experienced what felt like racism at the Chinese restaurant. Despite booking a window table for the fireworks, the hostess insisted on seating us by the restrooms in an entirely empty restaurant. After me protested as we experienced not so good vibes on that table ,another staff member eventually moved us, but her visible attitude and hostility ruined our family's mood. Conclusion: Rated 4 stars for the hardware , location and service, but management desperately needs to fix their package communication and address staff behavior in the restaurants.

  We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the stunning fireworks view from the King Capri Terrace Suite. The hotel's strategic location, close to the cable car station and Kissing Bridge, made it very convenient to explore the area.The staff were warm, friendly, and very accommodating, which was greatly appreciated as we were traveling with our 1-year-old infant. We would definitely return and would love to stay in Room 3142 again.As a small suggestion, it would be great if the fridge could be kept cooler. We also found the pool pump somewhat difficult to operate, so we ended up using the pool without the whirlpool feature.Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we look forward to coming back.
