We stayed at this property for 4 nights. The service was good. The reception lady did not speak much English, tho she could understand with some Google Translate and put in effort to be helpful and friendly. The staff with the buggy that takes us in/out to the main road was always efficient & friendly. If there is an area for improvement, it would be the bathroom shower area in need of a place to put the toiletries as you shower, as there aren't space/ rack for tiny toiletry bottles that need some balancing skills by users on shower handles, etc so that they don't fall to the floor :-(

This is a very good property surrounded by nature, the staff is friendly and welcoming we stayed here for 9 nights and it was the best decision. The rooms are comfortable, they also have a cute dog named Dang who is very smart and intelligent, they also have a litter of kittens along with mumma and daddy cats. We enjoyed a lot, the food is also great. You wont get anything negative here, david tanh and others helped us with almost everything. We stayed from 11/6 to 20/6 and they even gave me a surprise complimentary cake for my birthday and were kind enough to celebrate it with me.

My husband stumbled across this gorgeous accom and booked us 5 nights and it was gorgeous. We were here for my son’s first birthday and didn’t even know the staff were aware but they decorated our room and bought a beautiful cake which we were so grateful for! The room was comfortable and stylish and breakfast was delicious. A tiny bit ‘out of the way’ but the free shuttle to the Main Street and scooter hire negates this issues. Truly a gorgeous place to stay on Phu quoc!

Valley Village is a beautiful place surrounded by lush tropical gardens with a great pool…perfect to relax and unwind. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding service. When we had a small issue with the air conditioning, it was solved immediately…special thanks to Fat for his fantastic customer-service attitude. The shuttle team (Hau and Tuyen) were always smiling and welcoming, which made every arrival back at the hotel a pleasure. Breakfast was very good and we also loved the friendly pets around the property, especially the cat. A fantastic stay, we would definitely return!

We had such a lovely 4-day stay at Valley Village Resort. The vibe is calm, peaceful, and surrounded by so much beautiful nature — it truly feels like a little escape from everything. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and recharge, this is it. The grounds are well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxed, and it never felt overcrowded. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We did have a small issue with the AC in our room, but management responded quickly and had it resolved right away, which we really appreciated. It’s always a good sign when a place handles things efficiently and professionally. Overall, a great experience and a wonderful spot for a quiet getaway. Would definitely consider staying again.

A place is only as great as the people in it. Unfortunately the staff & service were dissapointing as well as the food despite the beautiful grounds. Dismissive, rude people. Bad service. My last stop of a wonderful one-month stay in the island. Should have extended the previous place. Not worth the money. I had to request a refund. Once that happened they ignored part of my last day's request such as basic tea provided in the room. Stay away from Spa. All the apologies in the world don't matter if you then show your true colors at the end. There are places that will treat you much better. Solo women travelers stay away. Other reviews & my own show discriminatory behavior.

We stayed at this property for two nights as the final leg of our 14-day Vietnam trip, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing way to end an otherwise wonderful journey. The property is located at the absolute end of the road, far inside from the main market, and feels completely isolated. The surroundings are more like a jungle, with the access road poorly lit and almost no street lighting, making it uncomfortable and unsafe, especially after dark. While the rooms themselves were clean, the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property need significant improvement. Water pressure in the room was low, and hot water lasted only for a very short period, which was quite inconvenient. The only positive aspect of our stay was the breakfast, which was decent and reasonably well laid out. The hotel advertises a buggy service to the main road and beach, but this service was inconsistent and misleading. While they dropped us at the main road a few times, they refused to take us to the beach, citing “road construction.” However, when we walked to the beach ourselves, there was no construction at all. The worst experience was on the morning of departure. A 5:00 AM airport drop-off was arranged, but the driver did not show up until 5:10 AM. With no support available, we had no choice but to book another taxi to avoid missing our flight. When the driver finally arrived, he was rude, stayed for less than a minute, clicked photos of us, and drove away—clearly to show his management that he had “arrived.” To make matters worse, the property has no staff on-site between 10:00 PM and 6:30 AM. When the driver failed to turn up, we tried calling the provided contact number, only to find the phone ringing unattended at the reception desk. Overall, this property lacks basic management, transparency, and guest support, especially during early-morning hours. Sadly, it did not meet expectations and left us with a very negative final impression of our trip.

This accommodation was amazing. The resort was beautifully located in the jungle, with a nice pool and the cabin we stayed in was very clean. The outdoor bathroom was also a nice touch. But what really stood out here was the service. Right from the start we felt very welcome, and during our entire stay we felt that way. Very kind and helpful staff, going out of their way to help us with whatever. Because the resort is in the jungle, it was a bit away from the buzzing main street but there was always someone who would shuttle us to and back from the main street for free. Would definitely recommend everyone to stay here if you want to treat yourself!
