  As a tourist here for diving and hiking, I found the service from Dr. Huynh Hoang Cam absolutely impeccable - patient and thorough, and took the time to write a medical report for my travel health insurance needs. I'm a trained nurse and had to visit 3 other medical facilities who couldn't or wouldn't offer me the treatment I needed for an allergic reaction to a new medication I started to present in the last 36 hrs. I recommend to just go straight here and avoid issues of other smaller clinics if you need medical attention. Thank you, Dr. Cam, I am so grateful when medical staff make the time for visitors. It made a huge difference to my day!

  We extend our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided to our family member by the BVBD Mở Rộng staff. Our positive experiences included the efficient processing of admission, rapid turnaround times for payments and examinations, prompt room preparation and responsiveness to patient needs. Most importantly, we appreciated the quality care provided by all doctors, surgeons, and nurses. To further enhance an already excellent facility, we offer the following prioritized observations. The current elevator policy, allocating only three elevators for all patients and visitors from a total of twelve or more, is inefficient and impractical. Excessive wait times and overcrowding have resulted in uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions for patients and guests. On multiple occasions, elevator wait times rivaled or exceeded travel time from our hotel. We propose a review of elevator allocation to improve patient flow. The non-smoking policy can be improved. On one late evening, I observed a single violation that resulted in hallway contamination. Enhanced monitoring is strongly recommended. While our interactions with staff were largely positive and pleasant, a welcoming smile upon initial contact would significantly enhance the patient experience. While infrequent, this omission occurred on few occasions. Finally, a significant negative factor stemmed NOT from BVBD Mở Rộng staff, but from overnight patient's guests. While the hospital bears NO DIRECT responsibility, providing guidance and education to these guests on appropriate conduct within shared patient spaces, particularly overnight, would benefit all patients during their recovery. Fortunately, a single-patient room was available, resolving our issue immediately. We were very pleased with the room's condition, cleanliness, and privacy.

  Went there for a minor treatment. They have very convenient assistance for foreigners where they guide you through everything. But price is a bit high. 5 min consultation and 5 min wound treatment cost around 400. Two-three times higher than similar service at Vinmec Da Nang and treatment was better there in the emergency unit.

  In 2022 sometines in november had slight fever and body ache for two weeks and been to private Quy Nhon doctor and he prescibe me paracetamol and antibiotics i took for 7 days but illness persist. On 2nd week thursday night i have high fever and i shiver badly. Due to work load i planned to go to Binh Dinh hospital with my vietnamese staff for check up at 10am saturday. Doctor told me my situation is severe i need to be confined and i did. My staffs came in work look after me and no medication or any test was done by hospital. I let my staff look after me went home at 6pm while my son flying from saigon is coming. High fever excessive coughing and shivering struct to me at 6:30 pm. My son arrived 30mins thereafter and in panic called the doctor and nurses. They cant give me medicine as they say no medical check up yet what medicine they can give. I beg just to give me paracetamol and yes they complied. Every 4 hours same happened on that night but No more doctor and nurse at night routine visiting. Nurse come back next morning. And same no action taken to diagnose my illness until monday morning. Their reason : their is no staff in laboratory as its sunday!!!. They do lab test on monday morning and said i have pneumonia but not Covid but we decided to go to saigon on monday noon. If my son not around and he bought paracetamol in outside pharmacy in sunday i dont know if i am still alive now. Yes very very nice and clean hospital but service ? -1 . Its a nightmare to remember to stay alone in very big and nice private room but no one come to see if you still alive on whole night. Thats how i see this hospital everytime i pass by everyday.

  The hospital looks modern from the outside and is quite nice inside, but unfortunately, the quality of care doesn’t match the appearance. The doctors here were awful—misdiagnosed my condition and prescribed an excessive amount of medication that I didn’t even need. It felt like they were guessing rather than properly diagnosing. Sadly, this seems to be a common issue, as all the hospitals in Quy Nhon are pretty bad. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place if you need proper medical care.

  I went with an injury and wasn't even treated. Dinh Ho Si An trivialized my injury, seemingly attributing the pain I was experiencing to foreigners having weaker constitutions. He was arrogant, scoffed at, then dismissed the antibiotics that I was given by a much more professional doctor, and then prescribed an identical medication. It is doctors like this that give Vietnamese healthcare a poor reputation.
