  My first time visiting doctor in Vietnam and extremely pleased with service. Very fast even though very busy. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Doctor speaks enough English that I understood instructions.

  Phát thuốc thì lâu m, chỗ chờ phát thuốc với lấy hồ sơ đông mà còn nóng nữa ngồi mấy tiếng chờ chảy mồ hôi vẫn ko thấy bật, phòng khám trên lầu còn mát hơn. Vừa bí vừa nóng 😐

  I went to this clinic experiencing agonizing stomach pain. I clearly explained to the doctor that the pain is excruciating, specifically triggered every time I eat fatty foods, and that this has already happened several times. My very first visit seemed okay: I was quickly guided to a doctor without waiting, had an ultrasound, and was told to return with tests. However, in hindsight, it feels like they only gave me fast service on day one just to snap a photo of a "satisfied patient" for their records. Because once they got that picture, they didn't give a damn about me on my next visit. When I came back two days later on a Friday, the experience turned into an absolute nightmare. Gone was the quick service—I was forced to wait in long lines, crammed in the waiting room with everyone else. The original doctor refused to see me, and I was passed off to a different one. I explained my symptoms again—the recurring, unbearable pain after eating—but he completely dismissed me. Instead of providing help, he literally turned me away, telling me to "just go home and collect more symptoms." I insisted that I was in serious distress and couldn't eat, but he treated my condition with total indifference. He even tried to push for another ultrasound despite the fact that I already had a diagnosis from the first one. To make matters worse, after waiting for my blood results, I was told the doctor "didn't have time" to see me before closing. Yet, at that exact moment, I saw him standing by the security desk, casually watching the guards play checkers. The only reason I am recovering now is that my wife is a doctor. She was able to look at my ultrasound and test results and prescribe the necessary treatment that this clinic was completely unwilling to provide. Absolute negligence, hypocrisy, and a complete lack of professionalism. If you have a real medical emergency or severe pain, avoid this clinic at all costs. They only care about looking good, not about actually treating patients.
