  Cozy right at the corner near Jolibee. Staffs are overall friendly and helpful. The drinks taste the same like the locations in Ho Chi Minh City. Everything is as expected.

  The tea here is one of the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is perfect with the air-con running non-stop. If you want to relax a little bit, you should come here

  I got the Tra Sua Phuc Long. The milk tea is good I'd recommend it if you like a strong tea flavor with your milk tea. The only downside is that it's quite expensive compared to other shops in the area.

  Employees showed rude attitude when I came here with family. Drinks were fine, although a little overpriced. Phuc Long can do better if their staff here get properly trained on how to treat their customers right in suitable situations.

  The toilet always has problems... sometimes it can be used but the smell is too bad, and sometimes it can't even be used

  The space was dirty and not cleaned. The staff's attitude was extremely bad. They were annoyed when customers didn't have small change.
