  ☆☆☆☆☆ I broke a tooth and immediately began searching for the dental clinic with the best reviews. That search led me to Nha Khoa Thư Hoàn in Quy Nhon and from the moment I arrived I understood why it stands out. I was welcomed by a professional warm and attentive woman at reception. She guided me to the waiting area offered me a bottle of cold water and made sure the air conditioning was comfortable. This created a sense of calm which means everything when you are dealing with pain and uncertainty from a broken tooth. After only a few minutes my dentist came to greet me. He introduced himself with a warm smile and a confident handshake speaking clear and fluent English. His name is Nhat Khoa. From the first moment I felt I was in safe and capable hands. In my 58 years of experience with dental clinics I can say that the way patients are treated here is on another level. He explained everything in a calm and clear way answering every question with patience. Because only a small part of the tooth remained extraction followed by an implant is necessary. Every step was explained including the procedure the timeline and the options. The total cost I am paying here is 25,000,000 VND while the same treatment in Norway would cost around 112,000,000 VND. The difference is remarkable yet the quality professionalism and technology are outstanding. The next step is to remove the remaining part of the tooth followed by preparation including 3D scanning. After the jawbone has healed over four to six months the implant will be placed. Everything is clearly planned which removes stress and uncertainty. This is a place where you feel cared for not just as a patient but as a person. The team creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Every smile greeting and gesture shows professionalism and kindness. For anyone visiting from Scandinavia Europe the West or anywhere in the world you can feel safe here. Communication is clear and professional with no language barriers. Nhat Khoa is highly skilled calm and reassuring. He explains everything in a way that gives confidence without pressure. The clinic treats everyone equally with the same pricing for locals and international patients. This level of fairness shows true respect. I would like to thank the entire team.   I would definitely recommend this place. The dentists and staff were all so very friend and professional. I needed a crown and 5 fillings done (due to receding gum line) and they did it all within a day and so very well. They take pride in their work and are very ethical. English wasn't an issue and she explained everything that she was doing and even said she will come in off-hours to fix it if something went wrong. Nothing went wrong! I would go here again for sure. Shout out to the assistant Xuan Nhang. She was so cute and professional and made you feel comfortable :-)

  I’ve just had a treatment with a kind and beautiful young lady. She didn’t speak much English and I don’t speak Vietnamese, but we had google translate which helped. I had a teeth clean which was very gentle and teeth whitening. They always asked how things were going and if I was ok, which I was. It was a fantastic service and I would recommend very much. Thank you.

  Just dropped by to have my filling replaced and regular hygiene done. Everything went smooth. The doctors are nice and very careful - can recommend this clinic :)

  Was there for check up, wisdom tooth removal And some cleaning And So far very excellent service! No pain after tooth removal, no swelling, couldnt even feel pain from needle for local anestezia.

  This is a wonderful dental clinic. I stopped in one night because my tooth was hurting from a crown done in a Hoi An dental clinic a week before and I thought I needed an adjustment. They did an exam and a x-ray and found that I had an infected root. They wrote me a prescription for an antibiotic and steroid and sent me next door to the pharmacy. When I asked to pay the bill they said that I didn’t owe them anything and sent me on my way. Such a kind place, and if I need more dental work I’ll definitely go see them. Thank you so much 😀

  These people are wonderful. I had a minor dental emergency and walked in on a Saturday evening with no appointment. I think they were already closed, but their door was open. They were genuinely concerned, helpful, and polite. They communicated in English (with some Google Translate). Within fifteen minutes of me walking in, the doctor fixed my dental problem and relieved my pain. They refused any payment. I can't thank them enough. Great people, great skill, great ethics. Nobody said anything to me about a review. I'm writing a review purely on my own.
