We had a room on 19th floor for 3 nights, with breaky at a very good price. The view is excellent, I can see the beach on the right. The room is very clean and has everything. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel is only 150m from the beach so we can have a swim and walk back to the hotel. There are many restaurants surrounding the hotel, from seafood to local foods. We had a very good time.

My stay here was wonderful, the staff here are very careful and supportive. Great breakfast, great pool, gym, etc. The staff made sure our stay was comfortable and to our liking. The staff member, Ms. My Thu was lovely and very helpful, making sure our experience was great.

A wonderful hotel in every regard. Location is good, near the south end of the beach. It's a nice mix of busy streets, and small quiet ones. Everything you need is a short walk. Inside it's clean and nicely deigned. They actually have 2 hotels super close together. This one is their 4 star, the other one is a 5 star. For me, the most important thing is customer service. Even after moving over to an apt, I still return for their breakfast buffet. Plenty of protein and veggie options for health conscious people.

Do yourself a favour and go to the hotel restaurant for the BBQ grill special. It was 300,000 Dhong per person and was superb. Nice atmosphere outside on the verandah and an excellent meal. Totally surprising. Do it! Nice staff too.

The good: The hotel's staff were mostly very nice and welcoming. The bed was super comfy. The bad: If you are looking for a 2-star hotel experience in a 4-star hotel, then this is the place for you. Jokes aside, we had better experiences in some 1- and 2-star hotels. I'll start by mentioning that construction is currently underway in the adjacent building and work starts at 7AM sharp, which means a lot of noise which is not the hotel's fault, obviously. However, the decision to put us in a room right next to the construction work, where the noises were very loud, is baffling, to say the least. The hotel can claim that there were no available rooms, but they almost immediately changed our room upon our request in the morning, so most chances are there were some less-noisy rooms available (this is a big hotel). Moreover, the hotel's restaurant is undergoing some renovation work, so there were very loud noises in the lobby at times (the hotel clearly states this in a sign near the elevators, but the work starts around 7AM, not 08:30, as the hotel states. The hotel's staff were very kind in offering us a complimentary fruit platter, but in our view, a better compensation is called for. For example, offering us complimentary breakfast as a compensation (we reserved a room without breakfast), would have been more suitable, in our opinion at least. Regarding breakfast, we were told by the staff that the cost would be 150k VND per person, but when we showed up for breakfast the price was 190k. Breakfast itself is ok, with a large variety of Vietnamese dishes, but the so-called Western selection offered was limited and not particularly good. Moving on, both rooms we were given require some cosmetic care and repairs, and the shower curtains (a bad solution for an unnecessary design flaw, in our view), had some mold in both rooms. I am attaching some photos from the second room that we were given instead of the more noisy room, but similar maintenance issues also affected the first room. Again, the staff were nice and suggested their maintenance team will look into these issues, but at this point we simply wanted to relax and enjoy our time in Quy Nhon, rather than be bothered with the room all the time. Check-in and Check-out issues: We were asked to provide our e-visa form for inspection upon check-in. This is the first time anyone asked us for the e-visa forms after more than a month in Vietnam, which was strange, given that our passports included the immigration officer's stamp. Furthermore, no explanation was provided for why we needed to show the e-visa forms. Check-out process was also problematic because it was slow. The staff asked us to wait for five minutes until they checked our rooms, and we assumed they wanted to make sure we did not take anything from the minibar. After almost ten minutes of waiting, they asked us to wait some more, but we gave up as we had a train to catch, thanked them and left. This procedure was odd, to say the least. Check-out should be a breeze, and they could have simply asked us if we used the minibar as many other hotels usually do. In conclusion, a bad experience in what is priced as a 4-star hotel.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE: there is huge construction going on right next to the hotel (see the pictures and videos). The construction crew star very early and it lasts till late night. We changed room but still the noise was pretty strong. Also the new constructed building is right next to the pool (see the pictures) amd the SPA. The pool, to make things worse with the noise, the hotel rents the pool to a swimming school for children, so tou have to enjoy the pool with very strong construction noise and children learning to swim in the same pool.

One night, the construction site, literally next door, started working at 10pm... Good thing was they relocated me to another room far away from it.
