Great hotel. Rooms really comfortable and big. The location is quiet and right by the beach. Quy Nhon proper is approx 30 min walk along the beach or 5 min cab ride. Lovely clean pool and plenty of loungers. But the staff here are the best thing about the whole hotel. So accommodating, friendly and helpful. We were particularly grateful for Ngân on reception who helped us multiple times and was just really nice. We had a late train from Dieu Tri on our check out day and they kindly let us leave our luggage all day and make use of the pool in the day. Thank you Ngân and Dankbaar resort for a great stay in Quy Nhon.

It is a very nice resort for the price if you want to stay close to the city of Quy Nhon, you might need taxi to get to the main area, but you couldn't be in a resort if you were sleeping in the center. Nice gardens, nice swimming pool, that was dirty when we arrived but they cleaned so fast and was perfect the other days. The rooms were really nice as well.

Room completely clean! Great location with beach front property! Great staff especially Ms Kim Ngân at the reception. She is very patient and helpful! Thanks for her services 🙏. Definitely come back to stay again.

The complex is located by the sea and offers nice views of the ocean and Quy Nhon Bay. However, there is no direct access to the beach. You need to walk about 5–7 minutes outside the complex to reach the sand. The room was large and clean with a big terrace facing the street. Large wardrobes made it practical for a longer stay. The furniture was functional, although the bed could have been more comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, but there were problems with hot water and water pressure. From the terrace we had a view of a small fountain and pond. The garden in the complex is well maintained and pleasant. The internet connection was unstable and did not cover the entire building. Noise can be an issue. Frogs in the pond were loud at night, and loudspeakers from the municipal building across the street start broadcasting news and music at 5:00 in the morning. The breakfast buffet was rather average. The pool was green when we arrived and was cleaned only a few days later. The staff are very young and English is not spoken, which made communication difficult. The staff definitely need more training.

I was disappointed by the overall customer service experience at this resort. Upon arrival, no welcome drink or refreshment was offered during check-in, which is surprising for a resort of this category. More importantly, I had to follow up several times with the reception staff to find out whether my room was ready, as no updates were proactively provided. Before my stay, I also contacted the property through Agoda to ask for local recommendations. Unfortunately, my message never received any response. Another unpleasant surprise came at check-out. Two small bottles of water were available in the minibar/fridge, but nowhere in the room was it indicated that these bottles were chargeable. I was then billed 16,000 VND per bottle. The amount itself is not the issue; the lack of clear information is. Guests should be informed in advance when items placed in the room are not complimentary. Overall, the property may have potential, but the communication, transparency and guest service need significant improvement.

Room no window you can open. Good room insonorization and quiet but here you want to hear the sound of the waves. Buffet terrible, I had better in a 2 star hotel 10 minutes walking distance. They don't clean the beach on front of their hotel. Access to the beach closed. The service especially reception is 5*. I really appreciated their help but no good value for your money

Stayed for 14 nights. What a great location on the beach. The resort is quiet from 10.30am when everyone leaves to do their day trips - hence the swimming pool area is empty - a scenic and quiet all day sunbathing location. The room is very nice and the room cleaning team is excellent. Had a few minor issues on arrival - but sorted very quickly. Breakfast is not one for a western palette - so only a visit every 3 days for cereal, fried eggs and toast. A small local shop opposite for water, beer and crisps and a Sports Bar (Aussie owned) for pizza and craft beer nearby (2 min walk). Lots of turnover in rooms with most staying a few days - but Monday to Friday is lovely and quiet. Thank you to the team for making this a great stay. Visited the Waste Recycling Centre NNC (30 mins by taxi) - a disability charity who uses recycled materials to make great things (arranged via the Sports Bar). A critical project given Vietnam's record on plastic waste. A must visit - much more interesting than a day trip to another beach or temple.

The Quy Nhon weather wasn't great so we couldn't use swimming pool or beach. Personnel of hotel were really friendly and professional. We could rent motorbike just across the road from hotel. Room was very very nice
