  We got a really stinky room and we told them at 10 pm but they were still willing to give us another room. W boss!!

  We got a cozy room with a sea view, and it was fairly quiet despite being the weekend. The best part was that the room had a balcony for our dog!

  the room is very nice and furnished, the view is excellent, the price is reasonable and the motor bike renting service is neat .But the tap water they pumped in the hotel is not hygiene and the cleaning staffs are careless. It is not ideal, but not a terrible choice

  The hotel is newly build. It's located on Nguyen Lac, the small street right behind Xuan Dieu street. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative. Mr. Tien Toan is very friendly and helpful.||The hotel is very clean and spacious, comfortable, nearby the Street of PHO AN UONG. You can find food in the late evening until midnight. Good location and the beach at this block is quite clean.||I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

  Enjoyed my stay. Room has window but to 1m balcony to other building. Receptionist service is awesome. Rooms are clean. Location is good. Parking is okay. Overall good for short stay.

  In general, we had a good time at Galaxy Hotel. The room was in much better condition than we initially feared and in decent size. We were happy to be given a room with an ocean view. It was cleaned every morning. AC worked perfectly and water pressure was good, although bathroom was damp and uncomfortable. I did not see a kitchen and presume no meals to be available.||||They provide two different kinds of water bottles: for ones with 500 ml, they charge 10,000 VND/ea and ones with 350 ml were provided free, which we did not know so we had to pay. While front staff was kind, they do not have amenities other than those provided by the maids (no shaving kit!).||||Fridge was perhaps too nice to freeze everything stored in it, which we enjoyed. TV was a bit old, but had many channels including HBO.||||The hotel is centrally located near the Quy Nhon Square, very close to the beach, and not too far from Co-op mart. Most touristy locations are located within 30 minutes to walk (Thap doi was about 50 minutes). There were minor glitches, but overall, we were very happy with the stay!
