  Had a wonderful stay in Grand Hyams Hotel. Could not recommend more. I’ve heard about this hotel from a friend and decided to experience it myself. I’ve had my reservation there for 4 days from March 26th to 30th, and overall, it was unbelievable for the price. The staff were kind and helpful, everyone from reception to housekeeping are always attentive and supportive. Services are really fast although the hotel is quite packed while I was there. Breakfast buffet are great, decent selection of food from locals to international with complimentary juices which are also a nice touch. The hotel itself its amazing, great location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and nearby a lot of Quy Nhon’s landmarks. They also offered a lot of other services from spa to tours around city so I barely have to prepare anything on this trip. Overall, very affordable hotel which offers 5 star experience from accommodation to services. I highly rated Grand Hyams Hotel and for sure I’ll come back here soon.   The best experience I’ve had in Quy Nhon. The room was amazing, the hospitality was top-notch, and the customer service truly exceptional. I highly recommend this place. A special thank you to the reception staff, housekeeping team, and Ms. Tram on Level 41 (restaurant) for your kind assistance and for being so thoughtful and gentle with my family and my baby, Bánh Xèo, throughout our stay. We’d also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Anh Long, the driver who took us from Quy Nhon to Phu Yen—truly one of the kindest and most honest people we’ve ever met. Thank you all for the exceptional service. We will definitely be back.

  Grand Hyams Hotel is one of the best hotels in Quy Nhon that I have experienced so far. Although I only stayed for one night, I was genuinely impressed by everything, from the elegant lobby to the restaurant on the upper floor with its stunning panoramic view of the city, as well as the swimming pool and spa facilities. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The breakfast selection is extensive, and the inclusion of fresh coconut water is a unique highlight. I have never seen another hotel offer this, and guests can enjoy it freely, which is a wonderful touch. The Gala Dinner held on the second floor was also very well organized, with delicious food and an impressive atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and I would gladly recommend Grand Hyams Hotel to friends and travelers from both Vietnam and abroad who are planning to visit Quy Nhon

  Grand Hyams is a gem. Room: spacious and modern. Bed: comfortable. View: spectacular. Buffet dinner is basic but the food is tasty and the price is good. Breakfast is amazing with a great variety of choices. Fantastic place, would definitely come back.

  Travelling around Vietnam for 3 weeks and this was the best hotel we stayed at all trip! Everytime we stepped through the doors we were met with warm hospitality. They organised airport pick up for all 4 of us. The rooms were immaculate, we even upgraded on the spot once I saw my brothers other room, it was worth it!! The breakfast is the best EVER. We made some lovely friends and I want to especially thank Chi for her help and warm welcome everytime we were around - was so lovely chatting to her. I can't wait to come back again!

  I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel — easily one of the best experiences I’ve had. Everything was a perfect 10/10. The location is amazing, the views from the room are stunning, and the daily breakfast was incredible with so much variety and quality. What truly made the stay stand out was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my time there. A special thank you to Tram, Tham, Thui, Diep, and Nugyen from the breakfast team for making every morning such a great start to the day. Charlie and Chi from guest services were fantastic — always knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to assist with anything. Quang and Thanh at the door also deserve a mention for their warm greetings and professionalism every time I came and went. I’d also like to thank everyone at reception, along with any staff I may have missed — the level of service across the entire hotel was exceptional and did not go unnoticed. I couldn’t recommend this place more and would absolutely stay again.

  The staff is super attentive and adorable. We stayed in the premium bay view twin room and the room was spacious, more than comfortable for 2 people with a nice table to work if needed (I work remote). It was my first time in Quy Nhon and I had a blast. The staff welcomed you with a nice herbal sweet drink and they’re very thoughtful and nice. Might be weird, but I like when the toilet is in its own room and the rooms here have that 😃||Oh. The breakfast buffet is AMAZING. See if you can get a room package that includes breakfast and you won’t regret it.

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Good price, value for money.Room:Clean, comfortable and extremely relaxing. Super comfortable king bed.Fresh smelling white bed and bath linens. Amazing view of surrounding beach, city and mountains. Stunning early morning and dusk.Amenities:Fantastic pool and gym.Beautiful spa facilities. My husband and I had the best Meridian Therapy massages with Thanh and Thao. I would say the best we have experienced in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Room service was satisfactory when we wanted a quiet evening in.Breakfast has a wide selection of foods. The fresh coconuts were delicious. They also have New Zealand butter 10/10.Staff: Friendly, helpful and appreciated.Location: Excellent. We wandered along the boardwalk in the cool of the evening. There are eateries in close proximity. We had great food and drinks at East West Eatery on the beachfront.Great coffee at Adiuvat Coffee Roasters across the road from the hotel. And a cute coffee shop “Tree Huggers” just around the corner that serves delicious pancakes and a great selection of drinks.We would 100% stay here again.
