This hotel is great, we stayed in the larger double room which was a bit small however big enough for a short stay! We initially booked for 2 nights but extended an extra night as the hotel was pretty much right on the beach and the staff were so so lovely! Highly recommend this hotel to all, it is super great value and we had a great stay! Would stay again next time I come to Quy Nhon

All is good here, the room I took was small but had a great view of the sea. Water was hot, Smart TV, comfy bed. There's occasional noise from nearby. Early morning from 5 to 6.30 a state run broadcast of speech and stirring music is played loudly from speakers outside. I'm an early riser so not a massive problem. Basic breakfast but super views on the roof. No staff speak English and organising my onward travel was tricky. I still 100% recommend.

First, let me address a complain by a reviewer that just do not sit well with me as I have travel 55 plus countries and consider myself a seasoned traveller. First, the fact that you complain arriving at 2 am without the kind of hospitality that you expected - if you know you are arriving at that ungodly hour, perhaps stay at a hotel that has full complimentary of staff. This is a small boutique hotel that they are trying their best to run an operations that will be profitable and sustainable. Second, you complained about the breakfast and yet you appreciate the price. Perhaps you are just CHEAP (I know I can say it and the owner cannot!!!!). Perhaps you can learn to be grateful and in appreciations of others and be less critical and judgement of others to make yourself happy and not burden your misery to others wherever you go! Now, for my review (LOL)! I am in day 1 of 3 here and love the location, the cleanliness and my simple breakfast. I also love eggs and that helps! It is such a gem right near the beach and so much great seafood restaurants and hawker stand around. You will not regret this gem of a find!

Nice staff, very clean. The breakfast is a nice touch but I only ate there one time over my stay. I have certain diet restrictions but it was good. Very close to beach and many restaurants within walking distance. This is my choice when I visit Quy Nhon again. I live in a city north of Quy Nhon

Not the greatest experience. We arrived at 02:00am and the gates were shut down, so we had to figure out how to enter the hotel for about 10-15’ with our heavy bags and exhausted mood. As soon as they opened the gates, the receptionist didn’t even say hello to us and just had a poker face because we just woke him up(sorry it’s not ideal but that’s your job). Anyway the room was just okay - we had breakfast included and the worst part is that they don’t have any options. The breakfast is just this egg with a piece of bread OR noodles.Coffee is non existent, they only served me cold milk(didn’t even ask me if I’m okay to drink milk). At 9:30 when the breakfast finished I found the lady very rude because she started coughing in my face to make me leave. I left at about 9:40 and was waiting to see if she’s gonna cough again, but no!😂 So she really did it in purpose just to kick me out, instead of just asking it in a nice way:) And if you want nice sleep forget about it as the cleaners will wake you up with their news of the day😂 Really unprofessional people working there, and that’s sad because it’s a cool place.

Booked 4 days before a 20m2 room beach front. Arrival day at 17:00 they gave me a room with 25-30cm space around the bed (not enough even for a suitcase), no view, saying "sorry the hotel is fully booked". Contact the client before arrival?????? In my opinion this is unacceptable!

Room 401 is a health risk! Black mould spores all up the walls, clearly have a rising damp issue as the room as been painted in anti-mould paint from the floor to around 1 meter high. But above this is just random mould everywhere. We were also charge 20k for 2 small bottle ls of water, when in room states that 2 are free. After this experience, we cancelled our stay at another Haku as didn't want the same again.
