  Staff here treat our crew very well. They provided us a lot of playable options surround the area. Rooms are very clean and nice. You should try this place when you visit QuyNhon.

  Overall, the experience was okay. But in one occasion, we had to wait for 15 mins for the receptionist to come back from somewhere else to pick up our room keys. One of us needed to use the bathroom and there were no public bathrooms on the ground floor so the 15-min wait was extremely uncomfortable. Given that the hotel advertises that it has 24/7 reception, this is a bit unforgivable in my opinion.

  Smelly room. All rooms do not have any windows, no fresh air. Having experience 3 nights here, 1 night in super smelly room, can not sleep, 1 night black-out without window

  They tell that I can have room tomorrow (when I needed it) and I went there and no room. Totaly waste of time because I have to find and go to another hotel.

  We arrive & told hotel room is broken so need to go to their other hotel 20min drive away & pay ourselves for the taxi. Then they said they'd provide a motorbike, expecting us to have 1 adult & 1 young child on the motorbike plus all our bags & the driver! Next minute we are told police stopped the bike & it's not coming. Reception / manager then says there is no room available at other hotel anymore. We will refund you & you need to go find yourself another place to stay!

  We turned up & the receptionist / manager said our room was broken so we had to go to their other hotel, 30min away. They wanted us to pay to get there. We said no that they should sort. Then she said they'd put us on 2 motorbikes...with a little kid & a 2 bags each! After a while we agreed when they guaranteed it'll be safe. Next thing when we ask how long bike will take, we're told police have stopped bikes & they can no longer take us. Even though we can see a hotel branded car sitting outside! Next minute she says, we don't have a reservation for you, we can not find any details of your booking. So they'll refund the money that we've pre paid for our booking (somehow she can see this now) & we need to go find another hotel last minute, with bags & 2 children under 10yrs in tow. ||This hotel stuffed up with our confirmed & pre paid booking. Normally a hotel would do their utmost to fix it & assist the customer. But not this hotel. Very unimpressed. ||Luckily nice hotel owner down the alley at the Lucky Hotel assisted us with a room last minute.
