I had the best stay here. Everyone was so accommodating, i was traveling alone and the reception helped me find great local locations. The food was amazing. The kitchen made hot served vegan breakfast for me, but even without the special preparation, the variety of breakfast options were already great and suitable for vegan and vegetarians They have bikes that you can borrow which makes it so easy to travel and navigate the city

I recently stayed at Sala Quy Nhon Beach Hotel for one week. It is a wonderful hotel with a great location, right across the street from the beach. The room was comfortable and had a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. The breakfast was quite good and my special dietary needs were catered to, which was very much appreciated. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. In particular, Hien was so helpful throughout the week, coordinating with the chef about my meals and also lining up private transportation to our next destination, even following up on her day off to make sure everything went well with our transportation. Thank you, Hien. I highly recommend staying at Sala Quy Nhon Beach Hotel if you will be in the area.

One of the better hotels we stayed so far in Vietnam. Everything was perfect. The rooms were crispy clean with a very inviting fresh scent. Bed was firm and comfortable. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. Breakfast was very good, great selection of fresh fruit and pastries. Eggs were cooked perfect, and they had an awesome expresso machine. Phuong was so attentive of his guests. He seated everyone with a big smile and made sure you had what you needed. Nhu or Nancy is the Hotel's concierge. She was fantastic! She helped us find cool places to go.. she made the time to get to know us.. I consider her to be my friend, and wished I could have connected with her on that level a lot more! Overall, a plus plus for this hotel.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was especially impressive — it was the best hotel breakfast I had during my 10-day trip in Vietnam, with a wide variety of options. However, there are two points I’d like to mention. First, at the breakfast on the 4th floor, I was asked for my room number when I entered, which is completely understandable. But when I was leaving, another staff member came over and asked for my room number again. Since it had already been checked, this felt a bit unnecessary and slightly uncomfortable. I’m not sure if this is standard for every guest, but it would be better to streamline the process. Second, I noticed that the flags displayed at the hotel entrance include Japan, Korea, and the United States, but not China. Of course, this is entirely the hotel’s choice, but considering the number of Chinese visitors and the regional context, it felt a bit surprising. Overall, I still had a very pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at SALA in Quy Nhon and overall had a positive experience, mainly due to the location and the staff. The hotel is in a great spot, and the staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Whether that’s natural hospitality or part of their training, it genuinely made a difference and added warmth to the experience. I also appreciated the small touches - fruit was given on arrival, and again before departure along with a dessert and a handwritten note, which felt thoughtful and personal. The sky bar is a nice feature with a good atmosphere, although it can get quite windy in the afternoon (more due to weather conditions than anything the hotel controls). The pool bar was also a highlight, with friendly staff and a relaxed vibe. Elevators were fast and efficient, which is always a plus. That said, there were a few areas that could be improved. Room-wise, there were some design and maintenance issues. The bath and shower setup in the junior suite is impractical - you have to climb into the bath just to turn the water on, which feels poorly thought out. In addition, the bath plug wasn’t working during my stay. However, once I mentioned it, the hotel fixed it immediately, which I appreciated. I requested a king bed upon arrival after seeing two twin beds in the room. Reception agreed to have it changed while I was out, but when I returned a few hours later it still hadn’t been done, which was disappointing. Breakfast was probably the weakest part of the experience. The options were heavily meat-based, with even dishes like fried rice, sticky rice, and potatoes often containing pork, leaving very limited vegetarian or seafood choices. There was a manager from Da Nang who listened to my feedback, and for the next two days the breakfast selection did improve with a few additional options for me. However, once she left, it largely returned to the original setup. As a guest, I felt there could be a better balance to accommodate different dietary preferences. At one point, a staff member suggested I eat outside, which felt surprising given I was a paying guest like everyone else. That said, I do really appreciate that on the last two days the hotel made an effort to provide separate seafood platters after my feedback, which was a thoughtful response. Overall, I think the buffet would benefit from a more consistent balance of options rather than relying so heavily on meat across multiple dishes. There were also some smaller details that could be improved, such as watered-down juices rather than fresh juice, and a waffle machine setup that felt awkward and slightly unsafe to use. Overall, SALA Quy Nhon has a lot going for it, particularly the staff and location, but there are a few operational and design issues that prevent it from feeling like a fully polished experience.

There’s a reason this Sala is rated the highest in Quy Ngon - The service is exemplary. I arrived stressed and aggravated from a long scooter ride, but reception made every effort to ease my ragged mood and made me feel valued and welcomed. The restaurant (on 25) and breakfast buffet staff (on 4) were also friendly and professional. The breakfast selection is amazing and delicious with both Vietnamese and Western fare. The dinner restaurant, not so much, but the view makes it worth it. My room was beautiful and immaculately clean and there were little thoughtful details like the towels being nicely scented and a complimentary fruit plate that felt luxurious. I will definitely be returning as this was one of the nicest hotel stays I’ve had in Vietnam. And I’ll be adding the Sala brand to my list of preferred hotel chains from now on because of this shining example.

I spent three nights here with my son. With a reasonable price, a wonderful hotel with no flaws, and friendly staff, it was the perfect place for a vacation. I would like to say thanks once again to Hien, who was particularly impressive for always welcoming us kindly with a smile and helping us get to Nha Trang comfortably. We were a little late for the limousine, but she contacted us on WhatsApp and even apologized to the driver, allowing us to take safely. I believe this hotel shines even brighter because there are many staff members like Hien who do their best for the customers, and if I go to Quy Nhon again, I will definitely choose Sala Hotel.
