  If I could give 10 stars, I would. This has been one of our best hotel experiences in Asia. Very modern and stylish place. Great amenities (including a small, cute pool). Spotlessly clean. The staff are incredible: from the Front Desk to the night guard to the Chef and restaurant manager - everyone was nothing but accommodating. For example, they agreed to let us start breakfast at 5:30 AM due to our very early flight. Thank you, Kila! You’ve been a great part of our Quy Nhơn trip!

  Beautiful little boutique hotel in Quy Nhon ,very near to the beach and other place of interest in the city. The room are spacious clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool its a little small and in the center of the building so it wont take much sun ,but its ok to relax and maybe having the kid enjoy themself. Breakfast was nice on the top floor of the hotel with a very good view. Unlucky there is no bar service in the hotel,but just out its full of little places where to drink something or grab some food. Cheers…

  Nice hotel and rooms for the price. I appreciated the soundproofing windows. Only thing is that shower is awkward to use. This review would have been 4/5 stars if it wasn’t for the staff - they need to check their attitude and maybe act like they want to be there? 🤷🏻‍♂️

  The room is clean and comfortable, and the location is quite good. However, the karaoke noise from the surrounding area is extremely loud and continues until around 2:00 AM, making it almost impossible to sleep. It was a very exhausting and stressful experience over several nights. If you care about having a quiet night’s sleep or need to get up early for work, I would not recommend staying here unless you can tolerate heavy noise late into the night.

  Although our room was very nice with a small balcony and always clean the reception staff really let this place down. Also breakfast is for Asian people only but at least the servers smiled. When we arrived it was as if we were a nuisance to the reception staff who then reluctantly showed us to our room. When we asked about tours we were handed a placard all in vietnamese and were laughed at when we asked what it all meant. Would not recommend staying here as there was very loud 'music' playing from a nearby place every evening.

  Why oh why has nobody mentioned the noise from the local bars, it sounded like there was a DJ I’m the next room and on a Wednesday night when most of the bars and restaurants seemed empty, would hate to be here at the weekend !!! Not to mention the poor AC which struggled to cool the room !!!

  Hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach and very close to many restaurants. Our room was very big, had a very comfortable bed. Bathroom is quite large with shower in the bathtub. Large screen TVthough I only used it with a Chromecast. Wifi was very good. Reception staff were very friendly and any requests were promptly attended to with no hassles. Breakfast is quite basic, egg station and mainly asia cuisine. Breakfast coffee will peel the lining off your dtomach. Overall I would stay here again||23 May 2024||

  All the staff at the front were quite kind, but did not speak English. We had to communicate by a translation app.||||The room was in general nice, although a bit small. Room has modern decor and was clean. The fan on the ceiling was impressive. Fan worked well, much better than AC.||||Room key did not work well through our stay and we had to try more than ten touches before it worked to open. Room safe did not work at all. When we pressed open, it just alarmed on for a few minutes and nothing happened. We gave up using it. When we came back one night, someone intruded into the room. We were very surprised and he said he was working on an electrical test (by a translation app). We are never sure whether it is true. Because we were given just one key, I think they knew when we are in or out, which made us feel a little insecure. Also, cleaning was done at a time we could never predict. TV did not properly work, but we enjoyed watching youtube on the TV.||||About the swimming pool at the lobby, I have seen people only once in the area. It is open to elements and visible from every room in the hotel. So small it is, thus it is largely for the marketing. ||||Kile Boutique hotel is well located close to the beach. Because of its location in the middle of an entertainment district, it is therefore noisy at night and also during the day due to many construction sites nearby. We appreciated it for being close to Kim Cuc Plaza. Quy Nhon bus terminal is also quite close.||||Breakfast was somewhat mediocre. Like in other review, there were not many choices for international travelers.||||I am grateful to the staff. Once we requested ice and it was delivered almost immediately. It is the reason that the stay was overall nice and memorable.
