  Great location close to the beach and local food, good service (Nham-receptionist is very helpful, Nhung-housekeeper is very sweet, especially the owners are the very nice and kind couple). Highly recommend this place. Dorm has plenty of light, air and room. Great rooftop for chatting at night time. We keep extending our stay.

  This is one of the nicest hotels we have been to in Vietnam so far. Room is spacious, airy and has many windows. Very good, quiet AC and nice big bathroom. Bed was super comfortable and was quiet at night. The young man at reception was helpful and organised a scooter for us to rent during our stay. No deposit required which was a nice surprise. Great location, about 5min walk to the beach and 10min to a decent supermarket. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Highly recommend staying at UMI Hotel.

  This place was a gem of a find! I stayed in the dorm and it was clean and plenty of space. It also had its own balcony which was a nice touch. They provide you with a handful of amenities which was great. Toilet/shower was clean and well stocked. There is a working elevator and a small pool on the main floor. The photos online look exactly as pictured. Vo went above and beyond & made me feel very comfortable! He also helped me organize my train ticket & taxi for a good price. The area is about a 5 min walk to the beach and surrounded by a bunch of food places! I would highly recommend this place if you’re staying in Quy Nhon.

  Been here for 2 days , i stay in dorm , love the atmosphere with everybody in this house. Has small swimming pool, great staff , great location, recommend for ppl who want to travel to Quy Nhon.

  Nice semi-affordable hostel. I liked the rooftop terrace attached to our room. I felt like the sheets weren't that clean when I was there. Also the facilities can be improved a bit. As others mentioned the wifi can be a bit weak up there

  This is the first time in my life that I have ever written a negative review for a hotel, and it is also the worst travel experience I have ever had. I asked the hotel front desk to help me buy a train ticket to Ho Chi Minh City one day in advance, and I even gave the staff a 150,000 VND tip. Because it had been raining heavily for days, I repeatedly confirmed with him whether the train would be canceled. He told me to just go to the station, so I left two hours early. The journey to the station was extremely dangerous. A 10 km trip became more than 50 km because many roads were completely flooded. When we finally reached the area near the station, the last 900 meters were entirely underwater. The taxi could not go any further, so I had to walk with all my luggage through water that reached my waist. I paid the taxi 1,500,000 VND. Because it was dark, raining heavily, and I was unfamiliar with the area, I even went the wrong way. A local man tried to help by taking me on his motorbike, but the water was so deep that the bike stopped after less than 100 meters. I paid him 500,000 VND to thank him. Near the station, the water was already up to my chest. After tremendous effort, completely soaked with all my bags and clothes wet, I finally reached the station. Only then did the station staff tell me that the train had been canceled. Most importantly, the train station showed me their chat history with the hotel staff. The hotel front desk had already received the cancellation notice earlier that afternoon. He saw the message and chose not to tell me. Even when I kept asking him repeatedly on the way whether the train had been canceled, he gave me no answer. Because the entire area around the station was flooded, there were no taxis, no hotels, and no way back to the city. I had no choice but to stay in the station for the whole night. There was no water, no food, no electricity, no place to lie down, not even a proper restroom. It was freezing cold, pitch dark, full of mosquitoes, and I listened to the sound of heavy rain all night, unsure if the floodwaters would rise and put me in danger. All of this happened simply because the hotel staff refused to send one message telling me the train was canceled. This was not just terrible service — it was dangerous and could have put my life at risk. I strongly warn other travelers not to stay at this hotel.

  This was our second time staying at Umi House. It is a beautiful, modern hotel with a lovely decor and convenient location. It is less than 10 minutes from the beach on foot but near to cafes and shops. The staff are wonderfully friendly and make you feel at home. I was unable to find it on booking.com although it was available on agoda. Would recommend looking for it!

  It was my first time visiting Quy Nhon.It wasn't too far from the bus stop on tje accommodation. The front desk staff was friendly, and tje domitory room I stayed in was very clean, especialy spacious, and had a lot of space.The bathroom and shower were outside, but it wasn't too inconvenient, and I had a very comfortable stay.The towels that were changed every day and the free bottled water were also very nice.I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Quy Nhon.
