  My ☆☆☆☆☆ stay at TMS Grand SeaView Hotel in Quy Nhon was truly extraordinary and far beyond anything I expected. From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed with a level of warmth professionalism and genuine kindness that immediately made me feel safe relaxed and valued. This hotel does not simply provide accommodation. It delivers a complete experience defined by pride excellence and sincere care. The staff are without question the most incredible hotel professionals I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. I have stayed in many of the finest 5 star and 6 star hotels across multiple countries and continents and I can honestly say the service here equals and often surpasses even the most exclusive luxury hotels. Their kindness is natural effortless and sincere. Every interaction feels genuine and respectful. You are never treated like a number. You are treated like an important guest whose comfort truly matters. Their English is flawless which makes communication easy clear and reassuring. They listen carefully respond with patience and always ensure you feel understood. From the first moment I was personally escorted to my room and every detail was explained clearly and professionally. Nothing was rushed and nothing was overlooked. This level of personal attention creates immediate trust and comfort. During my stay I experienced a small issue with the shower drainage. I sent a message to reception and the response was immediate. The situation was handled quickly efficiently and professionally without inconvenience. This level of responsiveness reflects true excellence and dedication to guest satisfaction. The location is perfect directly on the main boulevard with breathtaking views of the ocean. The beach is only two minutes away which makes it effortless to enjoy the sea at any time. The room was silent peaceful and beautifully designed. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the blackout curtains ensured perfect uninterrupted sleep. Every detail reflects quality and care. One moment perfectly illustrates the exceptional hospitality. While sitting in reception planning my day I was quietly served a cold fresh lemon juice without asking. This thoughtful gesture reflects genuine kindness and awareness. It is this level of care that separates this hotel from all others. Breakfast on the 41st floor is unforgettable with spectacular views and an extensive fresh selection of high quality food. The experience is both relaxing and inspiring and an ideal start to the day. My original stay was from February 23 to March 1 but I extended it until March 4 because of the outstanding service perfect location and exceptional comfort. Leaving was difficult because everything here feels right. I recommend this hotel with complete confidence.   Great place to stay for few nights and explore around Quy Nhon. The room was good, spacious, clean, well equipped. The view was of course super. The only nuisance during our stay was the wait at the lift. It seems that 5 lifts are just not enough for this 30 floor building. There was no left-luggage service at the reception.

  Such a great place to stay! We have a nice ocean view with a balcony and a washing machine (but no drying rack so it is best to take your clothing to launder in the area). The rooms and beds are comfortable, there's a smart TV with Netflix, no sewage smells, housekeeping comes and does a full cleaning of the room whenever you ask, the staff are extremely kind...I couldn't recommend this place enough! I will definitely be back the next time I visit Quy Nhon.

  Beach front, right in the city center, walking distance to many restaurants and cafes. Super view from balcony. Room with 2 double beds, aim more for family short stay. Building have paid parking (was full for me) or can just street parking.

  Stunning apartment at an affordable price. We stayed in one of the privately rented apartments and couldn't ask for more. Room was very spacious, balcony view overlooking the ocean was incredible and it was just minutes from the beach. Definitely recommend.

  The rooms were relatively clean. They gave us free comb, toothbrush and toothpaste. But only a small roll of toilet paper. We bought more outside. There were bath towel. But no face towel. The view was good. There were many restaurants around. This was good for the price. $44 a night for a 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom apartment.

  Major safety issues - Stay away! Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors do not work for the guests! I was cooking some fish on the stovetop when the room started to fill with smoke. Two staff members came up to say that their system flagged our room since the smoke detector went off on their end. Our room, however, didn't go off on our end! Why is the hotel alerted but not the guest first? No alarms, no lights, no fire sprinkler works, nothing, even though there are four Smoke/Carbon Monoxide detectors and 3 fire sprinklers in our apartment. We could've easily opened the doors and windows if the alarm went off first, but it never did. We ended up having to sign a report, and they said we would pay a fine, even though the safety of the guests was compromised due to a lack of any alerts for them beforehand. Think about it carefully if you decide to live here. Again, I would not recommend this place for guests or residents if you're concerned about your own safety. The active fire protection methods in our apartment are a joke! UPDATE: After talking with the Head of Security and Technician, they confirmed that the Smoke Detectors do NOT go off in the room, only the alarm in the hallways. They said that they would send staff members up to inform the room if they saw the sign in their control panel. In our case, they shut down the electric. Your safety belongs to someone who looks at the control panel and good luck if they can reach your floor before the power shuts off. Why not let the detectors go off as that’s their necessary function? Why does the alarm go off for 3 floors just because of the smoke from one unit? Is the detector just a trap to get a fine from guests? I will repeat - if you are concerned for basic safety, do not go in this hotel. Basic safety in the rooms do not exist. If something goes wrong, it will be entirely your fault and "emergency" evac/services will be heavily delayed for no good reason.

  The property has its good and bad parts, but the cons are a huge dealbreaker and make it so it is not worth staying here if safety is your #1 priority. Pros: Good location - Easy access to the beach and nearby restaurants and services. Decent accommodations - Has everything you'd expect in a small modern apartment unit. Privacy - Rooms are completely separated, so noise isn't an issue most of the time. Cons: Major lack of guest safety - The biggest issue I had was with the fire alarms in the property. They do NOT GO OFF locally. No noise, only a small blinking light on the smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. When asking for an explanation, the property said that in case of an emergency, they would be sending staff up to see the issue and evacuate the floor if the detector goes off in their control panel system. Essentially, if you are unknowing to an accident in your room that causes smoke, you are expected to wait 2-5 minutes for a staff member to arrive instead of just... having an alarm go off and immediately fix the issue or evacuate yourself? Not to mention, the power will go out so even the elevator is not guaranteed for staff members to go up to your floor to. The property would rather argue (because they did) that you should either expect it to be ok to wait several minutes for help to arrive if you don't know about the smoke for whatever reason (asleep, in the bathroom, etc.), or constantly monitor everything that could cause a fire/smoke than just making it so the smoke/carbon monoxide alarm goes off. This is extremely inefficient and a complete breach of basic guest safety. The property told us that they would not add alarms because it would disturb the other guests, yet they are willing to evacuate 3 floors over a little smoke that could be removed in a minute by opening the door if the occupant was informed by the alarm. Additionally, if the occupant *didn't* know, then they are forced to wait minutes for help, increasing the likelihood of a major accident occurring. If safety is your priority, DO NOT GO!
