Tonight we had planned a different place to eat and fortunately they were closed so we headed to 4Q's as it was next on our list to visit on our stay here in Quy Nhon. Honesty first impression was that it's a typical Vietnamese upscaled restaurant, the menu is fusion style which led me to an amazing Fuji Beef Steak(MR of course). The steak was like velvet and the egg in the Japanese soy sauce was a surprise as I've never had a steak like that. My daughter had the pumpkin soup and garlic bread which she loved, but couldn't finish as she had eaten a little earlier. My wife had the best in my opinion, she had the lamb shank and when I say it fell off the bone, I mean just that. Soft succulent meat and a bone picked clean. I will say if you are going to order as a westerner have an appetizer like we did, bacon wrapped prawns were delicious, because my mains didn't come with any sides, however my wife had some mash. The price point in my opinion is not expensive as others have stated previously. You get what you pay for, so meat that falls off a bone at 325k and a steak that melts in your mouth that comes with an bit of an experience was well worth it. I would have added photos, but I was starving 😂, only managed to snag a pic of my daughter's soup, stunning. Thanks to 4Q staff, amazing and attentive.

The staff are excellent — attentive, efficient, and quietly kind. Even with the language barrier, communication feels easy. They anticipate what you need before you ask. Food is tasty. A place worth returning too. Nice location by the lake.

Wow 😮 and that’s not even enough to describe the food and flavours. I enjoyed 6 cheese and onion scallops absolutely delicious and may I say filling lol then had the roast duck breast with passionfruit sauce which I was a bit hesitant about !!! But my god I now have a new dish to make when I go home 🤗 Service is fantastic, cocktails are full strength 👍👍👍 This place is a must 👍👍👍

The seasoning is on the sweet side. The fish was undercooked and asked to be cooked again. The fish was not tasty. Other dishes are average. Affordable price.

The food is wonderful but the service was confusing. We were the only patrons there and there were many staff but I ordered a peach soda which took so long to arrive my husband finished two beers while I was still waiting. I was so thirsty I was tempted to head outside to a street vendor to get a drink. My husband’s meal arrived, which was a work of art and delicious so he said, but no food for me. I thought they’d forgotten my order. My husband finished his meal and still my dinner hadn’t arrived. I thought it was time to leave, go home and have a piece of fruit for dinner instead. That way at least I’d be guaranteed to get something to eat. However my dinner finally turned up and it was fabulous. So if you like good food and are prepared for a frustrating wait while almost dying of thirst 4Q is the place for you.

We wanted to try some proper Western food today and decided for 4Q restaurant. So we ordered Grill Fuji Wagyu beef served with kikoman and wasabi and Wok-fried Australian beef cubes with caprisicum. How is it possible to serve something so lousy?? We were offered really tough meat which we gave up eating. The presentation was decent, but all the meat was completely inedible. In fact, we have never experienced anything like it. Most of the food was left behind. We paid and will never return. Conclusion: Steer clear! Update: Isn't it a bit strange that after the restaurant has received two bad reviews with 1 star, there are suddenly six people who within 6 hours all give 5 stars?! Also, this is the ONLY review they have done online. Otherwise you spend weeks and months between each review!! This is a classic way to increase your points by making FAKE reviews online. It is obvious that there are dishonest people running this restaurant.
