We booked a room that exceeded our expectations for the price we paid. We were truly impressed by the spacious layout, full amenities, and the sea-view balcony. The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again when I return to Quy Nhon.

Avoid the FLC Apartments – Frustrating Experience! Be careful when booking here! These are private apartments, not part of the hotel, and the experience was very disappointing. Even though the price was low (1.9 million VND for 3 nights), we would not recommend it. The Issues: Misleading Views: We booked a sea view but only had a "side view" at best. It felt like a total rip-off. Hidden Costs: It is a disgrace that you have to pay extra to use the pool, even as a guest in the building. Outdated & Run-Down: The room is in desperate need of renovation and the whole building feels a bit neglected. Payment Shock: They demanded cash payment only. No credit cards accepted! We have never experienced this in such a large complex. It was a huge inconvenience. Management & Atmosphere: Rude Staff: The lady at the reception was incredibly rude and snapped at us when we arrived. The Elevator Nightmare: The wait for the elevator takes forever. To make things worse, the other residents were very unfriendly and often wouldn't even let us into the elevator with them. Location: It is about a 10-minute walk to the beach. There are good restaurants nearby, but it's better to stay in a real hotel directly at the beach. One Small Positive: The private host was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the room on our last day. Verdict: Even if the price seems good, the frustration isn't worth it. Do yourself a favor and book a proper hotel nearby.

We booked a room by "walk in". The space in the room is good, amenities - ok. But the service is absolutely outrageous. We were 3 guys staying, the lady gave us 1 set of random slippers (to make our stay comfortable I guess). You don't get room service to clean the sheets, refill water or new towels. When I asked if we can get new towels, the lady rudely said "you have to wash them yourself!". I mean there's a washing machine in the balcony... And if she said that in the very beginning at the booking, we could understand that. Later I asked transport service to the airport and the staff was very reluctant to help, they didnt want to do anything for you. So if you are looking for good service is not the place for you. The staff is very unprofessional. Very disappointed. By the way there's a very loud local bar that plays music till midnight, that won't let you fall asleep

DO NOT STAY AT THIS LISTING‼️ We had an absolutely terrible experience and strongly advise anyone considering this apartment (see below image) to stay somewhere else. After a 10-hour train journey, we arrived for check-in and had to wait 30 minutes because the host wasn’t there. While we waited, several men approached us trying to rent us different rooms in the building, which immediately felt uncomfortable. When the host finally arrived, we were told we had to pay cash only (no card accepted) and we were not allowed to see the room first, a major red flag. When we entered the room it was completely uncleaned. The bed had clearly been used, towels were dirty, and there was rubbish everywhere. It was unbelievable. We were moved to another room, but received no proper apology, even though by this point it was already 8:30pm. We left our bags and went out to get food. When we returned around 10pm, we found endless problems with the replacement room: • Dirt everywhere • Flooring lifting up • No plug for the bath, so it couldn’t be used • Marked and chipped walls • Mould beside the bed • Stained bedding • Dirty pots in the kitchen • A broken sofa that wouldn’t sit upright There was also a very loud bar next door, and we could hear music and noise until the early hours of the morning. Because it was late and we are two females in a city we don’t know, we messaged the host explaining the issues and asked for a large discount, saying we would check out the following morning and request a refund as it was too late to find alternative accommodation. The final straw came in the morning when we woke up to find ants everywhere - in the bed, in the wardrobe, all over our clothes, and across the bathroom and kitchen surfaces. When we spoke to the host about a refund, they refused unless we cancelled the booking ourselves, which would prevent us from leaving a review. When we refused and asked for our money back due to the unacceptable conditions, the hosts started arguing with us and even threatened to call security on us instead of addressing the situation. Eventually, after a lot of back and forth, they reluctantly returned only half of our money, still with no apology for the terrible experience or the fact we were given two dirty rooms. The apartment looks nothing like the photos. It is old, dirty, and poorly maintained, and very overpriced for Vietnam. The pool was also out of use, it smelled bad, had NO soundproofing, and the lifts took ages because the building is far too large. After speaking with locals and expats in Quy Nhon, we were told this building has a bad reputation and many people recommend avoiding it. This was honestly one of the worst accommodation experiences we’ve ever had. Avoid this place and book somewhere else.

Next day UPDATE: we came back, searching for the parking ticket/card at the abandon floor. And we FOUND it. The card states, if we damage/lost the card we have to pay 100.000vnd and they ask for 500.000vnd. They also promised if we could find the card and return, they will give us back the money but NO, he took 500.000 and said he already submit the money to the management. SCAM!!!!!!!!! —o0o— Terrible service!!! We checked out right after seeing the room, at 23:30 with a newborn and a kid. We were requesting a non-smoking room. Guess what, the room was filled with cigarette smell so bad that I had a headache immediately. We drove almost 9 hours to reach the hotel, so tired, we couldn’t bear it; hence, we checked out, didn’t matter that we already paid. Some part of the building was still under construction, looking messy and unprofessional. No instruction. No supporting service whatsoever! Our mistake, we lost the parking ticket, and the security asked for 500.000VND which is weird because we have our car registration ready, and the was no parking system at all (the one taking picture of plate number). We wanted to get the hell out of there badly so we paid the freaking guy anyway. I ALWAYS take pictures of hotels that we stay; but this one, I don’t even wanna stay for picture!

I stayed at FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon for 6 nights. The apartment was clean when we arrived and looked like the photos. It’s not luxurious, but it’s comfortable and has useful facilities for a longer stay, especially the kitchen and washing machine. The location is very convenient — a short walk to the beach, with many restaurants, cafés, and small shops nearby. Check-in was smooth because the host sent clear instructions and replied quickly. Air-conditioning and hot water worked well. One small issue is that the elevators can be slow during busy hours. Overall, it’s good value for the price.

Overall, the apartment was quite good; however, our family was not provided with essential items such as shower gel, shampoo, and toothbrushes. There were only two towels, even though we booked the apartment for four people. After contacting the reception, we were only provided with four toothbrushes for two nights, and the other items were not provided

I stayed at FLC Sea Tower Quy Nhon for one week and it was a comfortable, no-surprises stay. The apartment was clean when I checked in and looked very similar to the photos in the listing. It’s not a luxury place, but it’s practical and has the basics you need. The kitchen was useful for quick breakfasts and simple meals, and the washing machine helped a lot since we stayed several days. The bed was fine, and the air conditioner worked well.||The location is one of the best parts. It’s only a few minutes’ walk to the beach, and there are plenty of local restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby. It was easy to get food and supplies without taking a taxi. The area gets busy in the evening, so you might hear some noise in common areas, but inside the room it wasn’t a big issue for us.||Communication was good. The host provided clear instructions for check-in and responded quickly when we had questions. Wi-Fi was stable for normal use, and hot water worked consistently.
